Nuts and Bolts here with some tips for Building Your Kinzville!
We’ve heard that some members are having issues with getting their road pieces to “bend” as they connect them together. If this is affecting you, try dropping the road piece anywhere on the map first and then trying to attach them! We’re working to make this easier so stay tuned.
Also, if you’re still seeing the old map when you log in to Webkinz World, try clearing your browser’s cache and then logging in again! Your new Map should appear. To learn how to clear your cache, click here and choose “How Do I Clear My Cache?”.

If you say I have already said about the clothes and items on the dock that cant be sold or mailed then why dont you let us do it so we can get them off there. Please.
Why is the map coming up large then you have to make it smaller to use it. It should be in small enough to use when you open it. Also, can’t put anything else from my dock in to the Map, other than the houses, tried to put street tiles in and they will not appear on the dock while the map is on the screen.Take out my puppy surprise boxes, two of them, can’t use it, don’t know how or why it is even there.
I wish the old map would come back. :( Just my opinion.
My Kinzville is lost:(
Both of my girls & I are NOT fans of this new concept. The road pieces do not line up & look silly & it’s hard to get to the places, esp if you have a building under the “-” button to zoom out. I wish we’d have an option for keeping the old map.
my grand daughter asked me to please help her. it took so long to get a few pieces of road down 5 and then none of them went where she wanted and we 1 day later still couldn’t move them so when lucky enough to have the remove or ok thing come up removed them all. i said sweetie you will have to just do the normal things because school homework is much more important maybe during the summer months but too much for a child to do during the school years.
Yeah, I kinda liked the old version better. I wasn’t really sure at first, but this new way makes my computer slow down. Also, when someone I know asked me to log onto their account and take care of their pets and collect candy for them, it was SO hard to find the clubhouse and stuff, especially without changing the waythey already had it.
