I have never been given the opportunity to play any games when I log out and I use the log out button. Is this just all hype and an effort to get people to use the button rather than just close out?
If your still can’t play the Carnival Games try this…it worked for us.
Click “see your pets” button (bottom left of your screen, by your pet).
Click “options” and make sure the square box is empty/unchecked. (turn off ads).
If you have it checked, to reverse it you will need to go thru your password question (which may have been set by an adult). If you can’t remember your password..eventually you will be prompted to contact Webkinz.
Once they reset it for you,
You will need to log in again repeat the first few steps above .. (click “See your pets” and then “Options” and make sure your your ad box is unchecked). Then it should work.
You only get to play once each day.

I would like to play the games when logging out,but the games do not come up when I log out. Please help! It works for other family member when they log out. we use the same computer.
