For those of you who finished collecting 30 snowballs but didn’t receive your grand prize (the Webkinz Willow Sapling) you can NOW redeem you prize! All you have to do is click on the snowball icon on the Kinzville Map!

Have finished my snowball collection, and received my sapling. However, now it is not letting me play again. We were promised a second round!! Please fix this ASAP!!!

All of our other accounts all got their beautiful tree! Thank you. Now, can you please check into why accounts are recieving messages of getting snowballs but none of them are registering on the chart. So that means Daine78 has not reveived one prize from this campaign. Thank you.
Both my accounts let me get all the prizes. Hoping once I finish snowball collection it lets me do it again. GOOD LUCK EVERYBODY!!!!!!

I am on my second go around and had no problems with anything on all 5 of my accounts. I really love the bench and it can go inside a room, not just outside. The tree is pretty too.
I have been able to play a second time on my deluxe accounts, but not on a non-deluxe one. Is there a limit of one set of prizes on non-deluxe accounts?
No limit. I have started collecting again on 7 accounts both deluxe and nondeluxe. But on 2 other accounts it never even gave me the option to play again at all.
I have a Deluxe account and it won’t let me collect the snowballs again, so it definitely doesn’t have anything to do with whether you are Deluxe or not. I think it all depends on when you finished collecting the first time. I was probably a day too late to be able to do it again. Kind of unfair :(

What about those of us who got the prize but now can’t play again?
I had the same problem, but a few hours later, after I had collected my Webkinznewz snowball, I was able to get back in and ask more friends.
You can only do the event once…
I heard you can do the event more than once.
You can only get 1 a day from webkinz news but you can still ask for more from friends on webkinz.
