Submitted by: ted with louey                     What you need: Tissue Box Glue Stick Tape Scissors Pencil Blue and Green Construction Paper White Foam or White Cardboard Green Pipe Cleaner What you do: 1.     Trace all sides of the tissue box, (except the side with the hole in it) onto blue construction paper. 2.     Cut off the top face of the box (the face with the hole). 3.     Cut out the sides from the blue construction paper, and glue onto the five remaining sides of the box. 4.     Cut openings into both sides of the box (not the front and back sides). 5.     Now, wrap a piece of green construction paper (about 1” high) around the bottom of the box. This will be the “bumper.” Tape in place. 6.     Glue on two white circles from foam or cardboard onto the box front for “head lights.” 7.     Tape a rectangular piece of blue construction paper to the top front of the bumper car. 8.     Bend the green pipe cleaner a little near the top, and tape the stem’s bottom to the back inside of the car.
