Crafty Critterz: Webkinz Party Dance Floor
Submitted by: hot with Lilly What you need: Thin cardboard White paper Markers Stickers Stamps Glue What you do: 1. Have an adult assist with cutting a piece of cardboard into a perfect square. Big enough for your pet to dance on. 2. Cut a sheet of white paper the same shape and glue it on. 3. Attach another small piece of cardboard to one side, and draw a screen in which arrows are going up the screen. 4. Draw four arrows on the dance floor, each pointing outwards on a corner, and draw a square in the middle of the floor. 5. Crafty Critterz: Fishsicle Recipe
Submitted by: top with Alyssa What you need: 1 package Sugar cookie mix ¼ cup white icing Blue food coloring Sliced Almonds 1 raisin 1 wooden stick 1 clear plastic baggie Cookie sheet What you do: 1. Prepare sugar cookie mix. (as per package instructions) 2. Flatten on a cookie sheet and have an adult assist with cutting it into a shape of a fish. 3. Carefully insert stick into tail of fish. 4. Bake as per package instructions and allow cooling. 5. Stir 3-5 drops of blue food coloring into the white icing. 6. Spread blue icing onto cool cookie smoothly. 7. Place raisin where eye should be. 8. Layer sliced almonds slightly overlapping in center of fish shape to represent scales. 9. Place in baggie and enjoy! Submitted by: tef with blufadoodle What you need: Big wide box Any color of cloth or pillowcase Paper Markers Scissors Tape Two ribbons Pencil 1 inch x 1 inch piece of wood Ruler What you do: 1. Cover box with pillow case Lead Singer’s Outfit & Objects: 2. Microphone – make out of paper, tape to pencil, and tape pencil to piece of wood. 3. Sunglasses – make sunglasses shape, color and cut out. Guitarist’s Outfit & Objects: 4. Guitar – Make a rockin’ guitar out of paper. Attach ribbon to guitar. 5. Armbands – cut 2 to 3 inches of paper. Repeat. Decorate with cool designs. Fold around your pet’s arms and tape. 6. Headband / Sweatband – take ribbon and tie it around guitarist’s head. Drummer’s Outfit & Objects: 7. Submitted by: Mev with Katy What you need: 1 cake mix of your choice 2 cans of white premade frosting Food coloring; yellow, pink & blue 9×13 baking pan Large cake plate 3 bowls What you do: 1. Mix cake mix and bake in a 9×13 baking pan according to package directions. Remove from pan and cool completely. Have an adult assist you with all of this. 2. Have an adult assist with cutting the cake in the shape of the Webkinz “W” and place on a large cake plate. 3. Divide the frosting into 3 bowls equally. 4. Add a few drops of food coloring to make the three colors of frosting; yellow, pink and blue. 5. Frost cake according to Webkinz “W” design. 6. Eat and Enjoy! Put berries, milk and 4 tablespoons of yogurt into a blender. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Scoop 2 tablespoons of Vanilla yogurt into the bottom of each glass. 4. Pour blended items equally on top of the yogurt in glasses. 5. Have an adult cut a slice of kiwi and place on the rim of the glass. 6. Add a straw and enjoy! Using medium daisy cut-out to cut out as many flowers as you want. 3. Place one ivory editable pearl in the middle of each flower. Let dry for few hours. 4. Submitted by: col with Biscuit What you need: Cake mix of your choosing Muffin / Cupcake tin White icing Green, Pink, Blue and Purple food coloring Melting chocolate or chocolate syrup Plastic bag Cooking Spray Scissors Cake or Cupcake display tier What you do: 1. Prepare the cake mix as directed on the package. 2. Grease the cupcake/muffin tin with cooking spray. 3. Fill each cupcake/muffin cup half full with cake batter. (The cupcakes should come out flat and without rounded tops) 4. After you’ve filled all the cupcake / muffin cups, bake according to your cake mix directions. 5. Now that the cupcakes are baked, it’s time to get out your white icing. 6. Separate the icing into three or four equal parts. 7. Add drops of each color of food coloring to each part of the icing until you get the desired color. 8. Get out butter or icing knife and ice each one. Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl. 2. Grab a small part of the batter and divide into 2 balls. 3. Take one ball and roll it into a snake and do the same with the other ball. 4. Lay down both “snakes” beside each other on parchment paper and make an X with the snakes and then cross the ends. 5. With parents help, pre-heat oven to 350 degrees2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy3. Add egg and mix well4. Mix in dry ingredients together, slowly add to egg mixture5. Slowly add milk6.
