Hailey and Elwin Elephant here, with something exciting to show you.  Le Snout – redone for St. Patrick’s Day! It’s greener, it’s cooler, it’s better than ever before! Chef Gazpacho called us and asked if we could do a super-quick makeover.  The challenge was to redesign the entire restaurant in only one night. We went over after Le Snout was closed and worked for about twelve hours non-stop. Elwin and I were EXHAUSTED the next day, but we’re so pleased with the results. Anyway, without any further ado, here’s the room:     It’s a wonderland of green, green and more green! I don’t think anyone would wonder what holiday we’re celebrating. I’d have to say, Hailey, my favorite part is that fireplace and chair grouping by the front door. I just LOVE the different shades of green.   Elwin, I’d tend to agree. Although I must say, I do love the round green table in the corner. It’s a nice contrast from the green rectangular tables.   And the pictures on the wall?
