I found out today from the hangout that there have been unwanted side effects from a Unity update, such as the thick grey outlining on all the 3D models. I just want to try & make the team aware that certain pathing and physics also seem to be included in these unintended side effects. Many people are finding their pets cannot access certain items they could before, and the routing logic pets use to move seems to be different. Also, some physics such as those in Pinball are noticeably different. The pinball seems way lighter and almost frictionless, it’s not possible to aim it anymore and its actions are completely unpredictable… I imagine these things are due to the Unity update…

Is there a direct method to send questions about problems in Next? Every time there is an update, I always encounter numerous problems. Today, the skill cards of one of my pets have disappeared; some of the tasks required don’t work (clicking on a baby carriage in the park doesn’t work, using 10 slag at the gem craft table doesn’t work). I have had to log off many times due to pets being stuck or won’t move. One time, everything in the pet room disappeared. Are the updates tested before release??
You can send feedback by clicking on the Help button. Updates are tested, but the live environment often throws curve balls.
Here’s a curveball: The new Achievements board in the Next Arcade claims I’ve completed most of the tasks — which is incorrect!
Unless you have a new account, it’s likely that you had completed all of the original arcade challenges — the arcade achievement board just has those challenges in a list form so you can complete them in any order/simultaneously.
Then I wonder if I got the Diamonds prize for spinning the WoW 5 times?
It was one of the first challenges unlocked for new accounts, so more than likely yes, when it was originally completed.
