Webkinz is getting frustrating…in the last 6 months, I have had to email support 4 times because things didn’t work they way they should have. I just purchased the panda plush and the sloth plush, and it didn’t take 50% of the sloth. Ugh….I even checked and double checked to make sure I didn’t need to put in a promo code and saw on this comment thread that the 50% off would be applied at checkout! I really wish this was more user friendly for those of us who still play :(

During the last offer of half off with the panda purchase, I bought the Panda with the Rocky Mountain Horse on 1-19-24 and have not received them. Is there a way to track the delivery? Hi Ganz team! I have a suggestion for Next Seasons Challenges, and I am not sure where to put it. Hopefully someone could pass it along. If it is not too much trouble with coding, can you please adjust it so only the sections of the weekly Season’s challenge that we have not yet completed display at the top of our list? Sometimes when I scroll to find what I have yet to fulfill, I will miss something if I am in a hurry. Every point counts as I want to be sure to earn every one of the great prizes available! That’s a great idea kalcan8 – with 3 accounts I don’t always remember who’s done what (like sell a certain amount of common gems). Having the unfinished items listed at the top would be a big help

It didn’t work. I just purchased the panda and the sloth plush, and it didn’t discount the sloth at all. I was charged full price for 2 – $59.98
