Collect chocolates from Cinnamon at the Kinzville Park on the Webkinz Classic Desktop App! You can only collect one a day, but if you manage to collect all six, you’ll win the grand prize!
There are six chocolates to collect. Five can be collected from Cinnamon’s Chocolate Stand, but one is only available right here, on Webkinz Newz. From February 7 – 14, look for the floating Bubblegum Burst Chocolate on Webkinz Newz and click on it to send it back to your Webkinz Classic account.
You can also use your eStore points to purchase chocolates. Click on the Chocolate Collection icon at the Kinzville Park to review your collection and purchase chocolates.

I have the same issue! And I have no icon on the lower right, just the trash bag thing :(
Empty your trash bin and you’ll see the icon.

Does it matter if you get the candy on the Newz before you get all the others in the Park? I remember one year they were having trouble if you got the Newz one before all the others. Has that been fixed? So, can we get a Newz one for our account every day then?
Hi hugup8. You can collect the chocolate from Newz at any point, and as many times as you like.
I collected all six chocolates and am unable to get the grand prize chocolate statue. I cannot click on it to receive it. Is there a glitch here?
If you have any recycling or compost, please empty that first. It covers up the icon that you need to click to claim your prize.
I see the icon and can click on it to open the heart to see all the chocolates I collected and Cinnamon is below, but nothing happens when I click on Cinnamon to get the grand prize.

It may be going to a different account than you expect. Log out of GanzWorld and look for it again. Log in with your Webkinz World credentials when it prompts you.
One has to log out of newz accounts to log into another newz account, though? I just…that’s standard? Is there something else to log out of? This is exactly what I came to look into, it just occurred to me I may only be able to complete the chocolate thing on one or two accounts. Sorry, but can’t this webkinz newz nonsense glitch just be fixed instead of people missing out of big ticket event prizes, as well as it messing up other things? About to start logging in and testing where I get a million chocolates and where I just get shut out of what is supposed to be a free event for everyone.
