Webkinz World#8482; Deluxe MembershipThe same thing happened to me last year when I tried to renew my membership. I received a gift that was from the previous year which I already had. I did not get a reply to my request to correct the problem.I have been a Deluxe member for many years. I would like the pet for the 2023 renewal year and the special pool that was included that year.

I wish this Podkinz had mentioned that the Deluxe Membership can be purchased now to be used later. HERE’S HOW: at the start of the checkout process, you select “I want a code for a Deluxe Membership that can be applied to any account” so the codes for the Membership, and the gifts, will be shown on screen and emailed to you. The Membership code would be entered in the eStore when you’re ready to upgrade, or when your current Membership expires. The gift codes would be entered in the Code Shop of Webkinz, whenever you are ready to enjoy the gifts in Webkinz game. I use this option all the time so I can get the gift items I like and use the Membership code when I want it. ALSO NOTE: you redeem the Membership code in the eStore. Go to the Membership page that shows the 3 purchase options and below that you will see a button to click to REDEEM CODE. It’s pretty easy to do, just be sure you type carefully to be sure it goes to the account you want it for.

When I first signed up for Deluxe Membership, my account defaulted to an Automatic Renewal. It was 2 or 3 years before I found out I could change to the method I described above. It isn’t always easy for new players to understand or discover what more-long-term players already know.
I only found this out last year when my account auto-renewed for the second time and was giving me my third Violet Cub. CS was great; cancelled out the pending codes and gave me codes for the 2 pets and special items that I was missing out on. Question: Because I will not be renewing until July, do I need to redeem the code they emailed me for the Google plush before January 31st?
There isn’t a time limit on redeeming Feature Codes. Only Community Codes expire.
