Wow! What a fantastic response to our pet design contest! We had over 3,000 entries and as always it was tricky narrowing the list down. Because it was so difficult to choose, in honor of Webkinz’ 15th anniversary this year, we decided to select 15 finalists!
Now we want to hear what you think! The winning pet will be sold in Ganz eStore starting on Webkinz Day, April 29, 2020.
As always, we look at concepts that we believe would be a great fit for Webkinz World. We are not judging the entries based on artistic talent, but on ideas that we think would make great pets. Please keep that in mind when you make your selection. Whichever pet we select, the Webkinz art department will work their magic to make it fit the Webkinz style.
While the final decision is up to the Webkinz creative department, we will take your input in consideration when making our final choice. Check out the 15 finalists and let us know in the comments below which one is YOUR favorite.

The winner will have their design turned into a real virtual pet in Webkinz World and they will receive a code for their pet when it is added to Webkinz World. They will also receive a 1 Month Deluxe Membership to Webkinz, a virtual Pet Design Trophy, and all ten finalists will each receive a 6 pack of 2020 Winterfest Cookies, courtesy of Ganz eStore.
I absolutely love the cactus cat and the elkhound and the baby sloth is really cute too, everyone did a great job

I am absolutely in love with all of these Webkinz submissions. Every single one is unique; uniquely colored, very creative, and well thought out. I don’t have a favorite. I love them all! I think they all should be turned into virtual Webkinz. I will definitely be happy for whichever one wins. Congrats to you all!

I have to favorites tied The Golden Peacock and Icelandic Horse The Golden Peacock to actually have a Golden canopy bed and Golden food for its PSI and PSF and For The Icelandic Horse It would be a great hit after Frozen 2 contact Disney and ask Them if it is okay to make items based on the movie for the PSI and PSF because I was thinking and Anna and Elsa Statue or bet for The PSI and Northuldra cookies for the PSF but without asking it would be a copyright I actually was going to have that idea to design but was to nervous of Disney copyright.
Ooh, I love your ideas! Actually I had an idea for a PSF for my Golden Peacock when I saw caramel rice cakes at my house, and I thought “Wow those might be cute for the PSF!” :) So maybe Golden Caramel Rice Cakes could be the PSF! Also Golden Canopy Bed for the PSI sounds like a good idea!
Wow, missims100! Thanks for the feedback! The golden peacock is one of my favorites, too! For the Icelandic Horse I thought Webkinz would try their new northern lights theme for the PSI and PSF… I like the idea of an “Iced Apples” like a caramel apple, but with an ice topping instead that looks like the Northern lights and PSI as a Northern Lights Bed, Northern Lights Geyser or maybe a Blue Lagoon hot springs bath or outdoor hot springs hot tub with Northern Lights overhead! It’s just so fun to imagine all the possibilities!
