UPDATE:
Wacky Weekend started on February 25, and runs until midnight, Saturday, February 27. We originally announced that it would run until Sunday, February 28, so to make up for the mix up, will will be repeating this event from March 19 – 21.

Having a problem getting my valentine’s day seed. I collected my one here which would be my last one but now when I go and see her nothing happens. I have not gotten my seed packet. I too have tried to get the Valentines day badge last year and I never got it. I have tried this year too, hope it works. Please help.
Please make sure that you have emptied all your trash/recycling at the park. Head to the park, and if you notice a garbage bag at the bottom right side of your screen, click on a recycling bin and empty your recycling/garbage in the bin. Then, you should notice a chocolate collection icon where the bag used to be. Click on the icon and you should receive your seeds. Hope this helps.
I’ve collected the Lovely Desk after collecting my valentines. I even put the desk in the room. Where do you find or buy the valentine rug that is suppose to go in the room? I’m not collecting the extra gifts of the small pool and bear..
The Lovely Rug was the second prize you would have won from the collection event.
I have not received my rug either. I am playing a second time, again no rug. Please help Thank you
How to I play the web version? I downloaded the app on my phone but there are features that say web only. When I go on the website it says I need to download the app (phone or desktop version) and can’t seem to play through a browser?
You can no longer play through a browser. The Desktop App has the full set of features, though
i really like the collection events.

Hi Sally! Could you PLEASE fix the Valentine’s Day badge glitch? I would love to achieve my goal of collecting all the badges, but I can’t because every time I log in on Valentine’s Day and send a letter with a heart in it, I never receive the badge. I would really appreciate it if you could fix the glitch in time for this Valentine’s Day for all of us that have been waiting for this badge for so long (since at least 2010)! Thank you!
