For the second time, an adoption code given to me when renewing a deluxe account has returned an invalid code when I try to use it. I keep emailing the eStore and they totally ignore me. I gave up the last time but I’m getting ticked off. This is for my granddaughter’s account. How can I get a valid code? Why does the eStore not answer emails? I don’t know what else to do, which is why I’m asking here. I have screened the code they sent plus the code being rejected.
If you are not getting a response, it’s possible that your email address has been caught up in the spam filter. Try emailing them from a different address if you have one.
Well I did just get a reply and I’m so embarrassed. The code I was trying to use was from last year. The receipt for this year isn’t up yet. I’m so embarrassed!
so excited for fall in webkinz!
Please get new prizes for Ganz World Rewards. Thankyou
Yay! Fall is one of my favorite times of year, especially in Webkinz World!
I wish the magic W had something other than a fridge to win as the grand prize! I have more than enough fridges, why can’t you make them food dispensers? SO tired of getting them as prizes.
Looks like you made a mistake. That’s not the Corn Cob Candy Tree, it’s the Team Spirit Jellybean Tree.
Has anyone won the Concessions Stand Fridge? We are eagerly hoping for it here. Playing daily. Lots of food won.
I have! It is very cute!! I wish you luck :>
Oooo, so many fun things coming in September! I’m looking forward to it all, especially the new Egyptian Theme counter!!!! I wish that theme wasn’t retired. We need to have more challenges were we could get some retired Curio Shop items. I would love to get some of the Kooky Scientist, Aztec, & Egyptian to complete my collections!
This will be a fun month! Looks like a lot of stuff planned. I really enjoy the fall themed items!
