We’ve got some great news for all wonderful Webkinz World members – even after your membership expires, you’ll still be able to continue playing with all your pets, rooms and stuff (some sections will be limited)! If you know a friend with an expired account, they can come back and play in Webkinz World again (as long as they’ve played in the last year). This is amazing news and we’re so happy we could share it with you!

While I’m happy about the prospect, I’m pretty upset that Webkinz didn’t tell us about it until now. We updated our Deluxe accounts less than a month before this new change. I contacted Webkinz / Ganzestore to ask about it. We were required to purchase a new year…for three of us. Therefore, we just spent money on a year’s membership that will expire at the end of December 2011. I think that Webkinz should issue refunds for those of us who renewed our Deluxe memberships within the month or two prior to this update…especially considering the fact that were were given different information within a short period of time. I’m not a happy camper about this. My email to Webkinz / Ganzestore was returned as undeliverable. I hope that I can find someone in their customer service department to help me with this problem.

so that means if we have a date when its ganna expire but its not ganna anymore do you still have to buy new webkinz
