Can I adopt my plush pet early?
No. You must adopt your eligible plush pet on April 29, 2026 KinzTime (which is equivalent to Eastern Standard Time).
Do I need to play both games?
No. You can adopt in one game and still receive rewards.
Adopt in both games to receive both prize packs and the bonus reward.
Can I participate more than once?
Yes. Each eligible plush comes with two codes and qualifies for rewards.
Do I receive a physical prize?
No. All rewards are virtual in-game items.
When will I receive my rewards?
Gifts are awarded upon adoption in Webkinz Next. Bonus rewards will be awarded at the end of the day. Classic and Next accounts must use the same username to qualify for the bonus reward. If your accounts are not connected, go to your Next account, click on Options and the use the Create Ganz Account button. Enter your existing Classic username and password to link it to your Next account.

I did not get the bridge either (on classic, I haven’t checked the other yet), and it’s after midnight.
Why was the part about having to link a Next and Classic account before the day of not mentioned on any of the official webkinz Instagram posts?? I didn’t know that part and adopted a pet in classic, then made a next account and adopted the next code and did not get the bridge prize. $35 down the drain when it isn’t mentioned at all on any of the 7 posts to Instagram leading up to Webkinz Day. Is there any way to fix this?? Thank you.
My real life kitty just crossed the rainbow bridge a few hours ago :( seeing a rainbow bridge as a prize is both heartbreaking and comforting. I don’t have the new tuxie webkinz to adopt in her honor so I’m naming the gecko I got after her most favourite food in the world ;_;
I got a bonus box for being a deluxe member and I opened it. It didn’t have those things in it. So I typed in my code for my zebra plush and it gave me a bunch of things but not the lounger, the 2000 e store points, or the 20 any pet medallions. I’m so bummed out about this. I was really looking forward to it.

I just adopted the new meerkat on BOTH my webkinz accounts. Same name, same password in both classic and next and I didn’t get the bridge on either account. I see here it might take awhile to show up in classic but if i wait till after midnight it will be too late (no longer webkinz day) if i did something wrong. Do I have to do something to “link” the accounts?? I thought as long as you used the same account & password they were automatically connected??
Well, I did get letter from Ganz in classic saying the bridge had been added to both my accounts but I still can’t find it in my docks. crossing my fingers it will eventually show up, I’d hate to miss out on such a Fun prize

If I adopt on the mobile version (both next and classic) will I still get the prizes and bonus?

I only got the prizes in Webkinz Next, not Webkinz Classic. I adopted the same pet in both games. :(
