Adopt the Eskimo Dog in January

The Eskimo Dog is our Pet of the Month for January 2018!

Living up in the Arctic means the Eskimo Dog is one cool character! They love playing in the snow, so they’ll always be entertained when they jump into their Hide N Seek Peek snow pile! Just don’t serve them mush at snack time–this hungry pet prefers the taste of Pickled Pollack Spinach Spatzle!

Adopt the Eskimo Dog in January, and you’ll get a loot bag full of surprises and a Pet of the Month prize you can’t get anywhere else!

And don’t forget—you can get the virtual version of the Eskimo Dog at the Ganz eStore!

I adopted one and named it Marshmallow! Gotta say though, the psi is really boring and lame. The pet itself is really cute though!

I saw comments in the announcements of the winners of the free online Alaska Dog about having trouble finding it in Peek-A-News. Idk if anyone saw my late reply there, so I’m hoping anyone having this issue will see my comment here. Idk if this will for everyone, but last month after not finding the snowsoft kitty for a few minutes, I took a chance and re-entered the contest. Sure enough after I entered it the second time, kitties started peeking out! Now, I’m doing the same with the Alaska Dog, with good success. I hope it will work for you also. Good luck!

Oop! I’m so sorry! I meant the Eskimo Dog! (And I even have one…)

I was coming here to mention the same thing. It’s been difficult to find but if you don’t see the pup within the first 5 peeks, go back and re-enter the campaign. It’ll show up much quicker after that.

I have that problem a lot. If you don’t see a peek quickly, re-entering does fix it. Also it seems if you’ve entered the Peek A Newz contest but click on ANY floatie or other thing it erases that you’re in the Peek A Newz contest. Like, it’s all you can do if you’re doing it, or else it might mess up. Hope that helps, too! Thanks for the tip!

Cool! This is the first time since December 2012 that I actually have been able to adopt the POTM the month that it’s featured! I adopted mine a few days ago and named him “Anton”. I really like this pet…it’s so soft and cute, and the virtual is absolutely adorable as well! ^_^

He’s adorable! He was already in my collection, but I decided to adopt him yesterday–(in honor of the blizzard we were having; UGH!). Such a cute pet! I agree with TaffyKitty12: he’s soft, he’s fuzzy; a real cuddly plushie. And on line, he looks super fluffy and has an adorable face. He’s already hit the slopes with my other pets, relaxed in the spa, and he loves being roommates with my Siberian Husky pet. lol.

I see I am not the only one who names pets after people I admire, here. I have that new estore penguin with the cool book nook and I named Her HappyFeet after Dogfish :)

I don’t have the plush, but I am in the Virtual Pet of the Month Club so adopted mine on Dec. 1 when I got the code. Mine is a girl and I agree, she is absolutely adorable. That face! The Hide and Seek Peek is such a fun psi, to see your pet pop out here and there, just love it. Mine is roommates with a Siberian Husky, a Holiday Husky, a Snow Soft Kitty, a Jolly Jubilee Reindeer, and a Jolly Jubilee Otter. They are a sociable bunch!

Cute! I gotta say, I really like this pet! ;) I have one, but I adopted him several months ago (his name is Pietro). I love how soft and fuzzy it is! XD

I think it’s sad that when you already have POM that you only get the additional activities. That extra pet box bonus is really a nice incentive to adopt, but it also makes you hesitant to adopt new releases because you want to save it in case it’s selected.
