I know this isn’t the right spot for this, but I don’t know where else to post it, and I need help. Yesterday, I was trying to make a Ganz World account for my new Webkinz account. Every time I tried, it told me there was an error and to try again later. It would then let me log into most of the accounts, but none of them had the correct information. On the last account I attempted to make, when I try logging in, it tells me something about I have to finish verifying it though my e-mail; I’ve checked my e-mail multiple times (including the spam/junk box), I haven’t received any e-mails about a Ganz World account. When I try logging into Webkinz newz though my Webkinz account (which is how I’m making this comment) it logs me into this account; under a username that I don’t recognize. Please help.
If you have not received the verification email, it’s possible that your email provider is blocking our automatically generated emails. In that case, you may have to sign up for something like a Gmail account before signing up for a GanzWorld account.
I was able to get my new GanzWorld account made just now. But I can’t get my Webkinz account linked to it, and when I tried signing in through my Webkinz account to link them, it still has me under this NJJLesleekam name that I don’t recognise. How do I get my Webkinz Account linked to MY GanzWorld account? Please help, and Thank You.
Log in to the new GanzWorld account and redeem something from GanzRewards. That’s the fastest way to associate your Webkinz World login.

This is unrelated but, I forgot my password to one of my Webkinz accounts. But, when I put in my parent’s email, it says that the email isn’t associated with any account when it is! I wish it could just tell me my password because ever since we HAD to change our passwords, I couldn’t remember my new one. What do I do!!

i always LOVE the community colleges and all the prizes. this time i feel like i’m going to REALLY LOVE the Lantern Tree, it can go in so many for my out doers rooms.
I tried to throw a party today (pizza party pack), but when I was about to go to/start the party, I got logged out. When I logged back in, the button for the party had disappeared. What should I do?

Awesome prizes! At first, I thought the Rocky Arch was a Rocky Rope Bridge, and I was so excited. I only have one bridge, and it would be great if there was a community challenge for a bridge (hint, hint). Can’t wait to play the games for the BBQ, Lantern Tree and Rocky Arch. Thanks.

In the article above, in small print it says: “Find it in the article: Take Swimming Lessons! only on WKN!” It’s an article with a picture of the face of the new beaver kit wearing the scuba gear. Open that article, and in the picture of the lake at the top of the page, the beaver kit is in the lobster boat in the front right of the picture. If you click on the beaver kit in the lobster boat, that counts as having taken a swimming lesson. As a community, we need to reach 1,000 swimming lessons today to receive a code for the rocky geyser. Come on WKN community! We can do this!
