I’m not sure if anyone really checks this page anymore, but did anyone else order their plush awhile ago and not receive it yet? I ordered the golden retriever the first day it was available, November 17th, and it has still yet to arrive in the mail. I was going to email customer service about it, but when I heard they were backed up, I figured I’d just wait until after Christmas, assuming it still hasn’t come by then. Anyway, I was just curious if this has happened to anyone else, or if it’s just me? I don’t mind waiting for it, but I’m getting a little worried now that it’s gotten lost in the mail or forgotten about, or something ‘^^

I have nor received mine either and also purchased on the 17th
I like the new webkinz game, however I can’t even play it at all. :I
I have A windows 10 computer. I can’t play the game because it says “Connection Issue.” I check my internet. Still Doesn’t work. How do I fix this so I can play Webkinz Next?
I have a couple of the “old” pets with unused codes, which I haven’t added to my online family. Should I add them before December 31, or will the “old” codes work in the new Webkinz game???
It doesn’t matter if you adopt them now or later. Classic codes will work in the Desktop App — but they will NOT work in the new Webkinz, if that’s what you’re referring to.
Are the plush the same cost (cash equivalent) as the virtual pets?
The cost includes 2 virtual pets, shipping, a custom box with custom tissue paper… and of course the plush themselves, which are larger than the average Webkinz plush.
I don’t like the new game. I don’t like the way it looks, and I don’t have time for two games. I’m sticking with Classic, and I’m so glad the plushies come with a code for each!
As someone who has played the game way back in ’08, I have to say something about this new Webkinz game, the plush toys look like beanie boos and the new 3D game looks terrible, Webkinz classic as its now called, has always looked ADORABLE, regardless the year, and aged very well, this new game however, looks like a DS (Regular DS, not 3DS new graphics stuff) pet game, very ugly and to be honest, creepy. In no way is it adorable, the pets in classic had a unique charm and cuteness to each pet, making them stand out from the other pet games out there, one of the *many* reasons I loved it as a kid and continued to play it even as an adult.
I have to agree with you! I hope they work on tweaking the style and quality of the 3D models. I am thankful the new plushies come with two codes.
I also agree. While I understand why Webkinz Next exists, with ActionCode being pretty much dead when compared to Unity, but the presentation is EXTREMELY uncanny. Not to mention that the diamonds SHOULD NOT exist. The main source of revenue for Webkinz should be the plush and online pets, NOT MICROTRANSACTIONS. Furthermore, the next series of plush pets should be A LOT more original than the likes of a golden retriever and unicorn. How about some more Webkinz based on prehistoric creatures like Deinocheirus, or lesser-known living animals such as a wolverine? Also, PLEASE DON’T MAKE THESE LOOK LIKE BEANIE BOOS! I might sound harsh when I say this stuff, but I’m only doing so because I want Webkinz to improve.

It took me a little while to warm up to this new style. I’m still not really a fan of the fact that they look like Beanie Boos, but the Golden is absolutely adorable. The picture up there doesn’t do him justice. If you don’t like the new plush, I highly recommend you watch an unboxing video. That’s what changed my mind =D I’m sad that the old generation of Webkinz had to discontinue, but let’s not lose hope for this new generation. =)

I got the new golden retriever plush and it is adorable!!!! From all the comments I wasn’t sure what to expect!?! But I love it!! I have enjoyed Webkinz so much that I want the new Webkinz to be great too!!! Good luck and I wish you as much if not more success with your new venture!! Webkinz forever!!!
