For some reason, I thought there already was a chameleon? Oh well, guess I was wrong. XD
Okay…after doing some research, I found out there already is a webkinz chameleon (except it’s orange and indigo, instead of green and blue). So maybe Ganz could change the name of the green and blue chameleon, to “Global Chameleon” After all, Ganz did make a “Global Panda”, so why not? XD
That was the name that I was thinking for the chameleon as well.
Chameleons change colors, after all.
They do, however it makes it confusing for a person that’s buying the “webkinz chameleon.” Because if a kid asks for a Webkinz chaneleon for their birthday or something, how is the parent supposed to know which one they want? It’s just slightly confusing.

There is already a “Webkinz Chameleon”. It is exactly the same, but different colors. Is this supposed to be the chameleon when it changes color?

As I realize that this is a different plush and all, it has the same name, which is a little confusing.
Yeah, that is weird.. I wonder why they didn’t give it a different name like, Lime Chameleon or Green Chameleon or something. That’s kind of confusing that they have two webkinz chameleons.
Yeah, I agree, it is a bit confusing. I don’t know why they didn’t call it something else, like emi said, Lime Chameleon or Green Chameleon, or maybe Turquoise Chameleon, or Neon Chameleon…(since the colors are kind of bright). I also like LuckyTheBeagle’s suggestion of Global Chameleon. :)
Seeing the appearance of the 2010 chameleon, it seems that this one is the same pet with a different color swap. Until someone confirms it, I am guessing that there is about a 25% chance that it will have the same PSI and PSF.
Is this the first time two pets shared the same name? Not counting Webkinz from special lines such as li’l Linz and signatures.
It’s the first one that I recall. There may be one, but I don’t think so.. I don’t think there are any other ones with the same name.
