I really need someone to contact me, ive emailed customer service but they havent replied yet.
I have emailed webkinz support 6 times about never receiving my teacup Pomeranian or my jumble berry seeds after upgrading my account to deluxe. I have still not heard anything. I tried calling and they said to email. Can someone please fix this.
I don’t know if you have done this yet…but log into your Gaanz Estore account…click on manage account…. up in right corner..then order history…your codes should be there.

It’s better to call them rather than email, I got my deluxe membership once, and it wasn’t working, so we called them, and they fixed it the next day. (Because we called on Boxing Day.)
