August Deluxe Day is TODAY!

 

Once again, Deluxe Members can log in TODAY, Saturday, August 10th, and visit Today’s Activities in order to receive a special prize: a Wacky Inflatable Raft! Also on the Today’s Activity schedule, there’s an entire day of fun and activities for Deluxe Members to enjoy!

    I’ve been having the same problems. I’ve tried two different computers. I’ve tried the desktop app, Edge, Chrome, and IE. My Flash is up to date and enabled. WW had either not been totally loading or loading and kicked me right out.

    Web based WW just sits there and does nothing and the Desktop app says “webkinz down for maintaince”. I hope this is fixed soon. The float is really cute.

    Same problem! Brand new computer all updated worked fine last night! Today keep getting kicked out! Was hoping not my new computer! Hope its fixed soon.

    Hey Webkinz Team!!! Webkinz.com is not loading for a lot of us players this morning, or is logging us out prematurely! Seeing as it is Deluxe Day, I really hope you guys can fix the issue soon! I don’t think it’s a Chrome update issue as Sally Webkinz suggested, as I’ve actually been putting off updating Chrome for a few days and am experiencing the issue just the same!!

    !hat is up with WW? I have been trying to log in for over 2 hours, no luck just getting the ‘W’ loading symbol doesn’t do anything else. I’m sure that Deluxe players would like to be able to log into their accounts so they are able to get the Wacky Inflatable Raft today!

      If your Chrome updated recently, it may have made it more difficult for you to enable Flash. You will need to click the puzzle icon in the top right of the browser and set it to ask to turn on Flash. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please use the Desktop App.

        Yes, the update did require setting changes a couple days ago but this is a new problem. WW loads but then logs out. The mobile app is also not working. When I try to log in a box pops up saying something about argument and floaty. :(

        I had problems logging on so I downloaded the new app, but that is also having problems. I have suffered crashes on several occasions. Been unable to log in again afterwards until I went right out, closed the app then reopened it, but still it keeps crashing, especially if you change pets or play whimsey skies. It is constantly displaying Please Wait and what should have taken me 25 mins took me over an hour. It has just crashed again and I have had enough and can’t bring myself to start all over again. The crashes are coming quicker and quicker. I almost finished today’s stuff and I got the free raft on both accounts, so will have a break until much later today and I feel strong enough to fight with it again. Also, the mobile app is not working and needs sorting. Probably best to wake up the IT guys and tell them to get in asap and sort it all out before the US wakes up and you get more complaints. I’m off to get the lunch cooked! Thanks

        Nope. That’s not it…. Cannot log in on Chrome (Flash is enabled) or Edge or the app.

        My flash is up to date. I tried using the ap.it frozen my whole computer.had to force turn it off to get it to let go. keeps kicking me off and will not load

          can’t log in on Chrome (enabled flash), downloaded desktop app, can log in, but dock is empty and background is paw prints instead of the pet’s room :(

        I have to do that EVERY time I log into Chrome. And in doing so, Ms Sally, Webkinz is STILL not running, neither on the web or the Desktop App. :-(

        This is something altogether different Sally. This is global. NO ONE has access whether we’ve fixed our flash, cleard cache or any of the other fixes we’ve tried. Sorry, this time it’s on you guys.

      Everything is up to date on my computer and flash is running correctly after turning it back on yesterday after the Chrome update. I can’t log in and stay logged in with either Chrome or the App. Hope it will be fixed soon. Gotta have that Wacky Raft!

    My room is already so crowded with Wacky memorabilia. But I LOVE the cheerful items. I hope Wacky never ‘retires’ like Dr Quack did.
