Cool, I really like these prizes! :D I especially hope to win the sapling, the rain boots, and that cool-looking chair. I didn’t even know the chair and the boots existed XD I haven’t been on mobile in a long time, but I’ll have to be sure to go on again for a few days! :)

I wanted the sapling so bad from the lil bluejay flying but there were technical issues and we didn’t get it. I hope this one works better. Overall however, the birdwatching event has made May really fun and special.

  3. paperclip00 says:

Cool! What is the name of that seed? Is it decorative or does it actually grow stuff?

    • BeezKneez says:

Hi paperclip00 – the sapling is a really cool prize – drag it from your dock into your room to open it. You can then customize your tree – choose the treetop, trunk, and base from three different options. I’m crossing my fingers to win one – good luck to you ass well. :-)

    • 1Emerald1 says:

It’s becomes tree. You drop it in your room & a window will open & you get to custom design it. There will be 3 choices each for the tree top, trunk & base. I predict that they will all be so pretty, we will have trouble deciding!

I wish the saplings from these birds are send-able.

  5. LovesStaffordshires says:

I hope that I can get that chair & sapling. Pittiesrule

Thanks for all the Birdwatching Events. This has been a great month on Webkinz!

This is for the chickadee but it says regular users can find the lil blue jay 3 times and deluxe users, 5 times. Do you mean the chickadee?

    • _emiemiemiemiemi_ says:

Yeah, I’m sure they meant the chickadee! They probably just copied the rules from the Li’l Blue Jay floaty clicky, since it was the same sort of event.. They probably forgot to change the words to chickadee instead.

I really appreciate that the webkinz team is always trying new things for us – some are hits and some are misses. However, if the ultimate vision is that the mobile and desktop versions will be the same, then I don’t think that offering a desktop only floaty and a mobile only floaty promotes that thinking especially when floaties have appeared on both. BTW I have accesss to both.

OH I want that Kite Lawn Chair!! That is SO cool!!

    • 1Emerald1 says:

IKR? I’ve never seen that chair before, it’s wonderful! I wish I had time to stare at my phone screen all day. This is not going to be easy, I’m afraid.

A lot of people don’t have cell phones (myself included) so how do you expect us to find the bird when we don’t have cell phones? any suggestions Ganz?

    • whiteterrier23 says:

My suggestion is perhaps ask a friend or a family member? Maybe suggest to do more work around the house to persuade them even more. Or if you have a family tablet ask to download the Webkinz app to it!

      • Anathema says:

I laugh — yes, somewhat bitterly — because I have adult children I gave life to, and who have phones, but insist they have “No time” to ever do this. sigh. And yes, if they lived closer, I might find myself doing their housework to support my webkinz addiction.

    • Emmerzy says:

Eventually, (they’ve already mentioned this) Webkinz will merge over to Mobile mainly and provide an app for desktop/laptop-based users to access the site. This is partly because Adobe Flash will be going away in the near future.

    • ringbros6 says:

do you have an iPad? You can play on that too

    • frogluv655 says:

Hi keuka01 – the webkinz app can be put on other devices besides cell phones. The app is available for both Android and IOS (Apple), which covers the majority of cell phones. But many tablets also run apps from Android. Apple also has iPads and iPod Touches that run apps. Many new Chromebooks have the capability to run Android apps. A newer Amazon Kindle Fire can also be configured to run Android apps, but cannot get the app directly through the Amazon appstore. I have done this with my Kindle Fire and it works today, but this is the hardest way to get to mobile. These are other ways to run the mobile version, at least in the United States. Maybe someone else in Canada can chime in for our non-cell phone friends.

      • dixiecup says:

I am Canadian, FrogLuv655, all of the suggestions here are the same as they are in Wonderland, I’m afraid. We have no different rules regarding this than you. Tablets, smart phones, ipods (if they can handle it) those are your primary modes for this one.

    • Sunshineoflife says:

If you have a tablet you can find the bird, I don’t have a cell phone either but I do webkinz on my tablet and desk top.

    • dixiecup says:

Well, I didn’t have access to a laptop or a desktop all last week, so I couldn’t get the prizes last week. How about you and I trade? Maybe That is what they’re trying to do. It is a Webkinz Community ;)
