Chickadee was my father’s pet name for me so this has always been a special bird for me. Yes, I do have one and am very happy about that. I’m really looking forward to this facet of the spring events. I have to say that this whole bird watching thing has been tons of fun! This was a great idea GANZ!

So sad that I can’t participate in this part. The mobile app does not work very well on my phone so I can’t use it much. It keeps freezing and I have to keep uninstalling and re-installing it. Does anyone else have this problem with the app? Or maybe I just have a crappy phone? LOL
Are you current with any updates on your phone? Make sure to clear your history and cache – I don’t have the newest phone and mine tends to bog down if my cache gets too full. Good Luck!
It could just be that your phone is old and may not have enough space to run the app properly. I do mine on a small tablet that I have.

Yeah, what I always love is that whole plug there, “The app is free to download”. You know what isn’t free? A device to download the app ONTO in the first place. And seriously — no, really, this is true — not everyone has that. Or has the problem DragonsLair1976 (awesome ‘nym, btw!) has, where they have a device — that won’t support it.
