I love the new family score prizes on Next. I wanted to give you a “heads up” that the update is “looping” on our Mac OS browsers. It is telling us we have to update to open the game, but an update is not available in the ap store. It is updating fine on phones.
That happens to me sometimes with an update, too. I find it helps to reboot my computer and/or uninstall then reinstall the app.
It happen to me last year and sometimes you need to reset your Wi-Fi, but make sure you Wi-Fi is off and then reset your Wi-Fi and after you reset your Wi-Fi turn your Wi-Fi on and sometimes Reboot your device
If that doesn’t work, you might have to wait until the next day, I mean tomorrow.
Tried to open new app upgrade and it won’t open, just goes back to page saying to install new app. will try later. Not happy )-:
I feel ya. That has happened to me 2 times last year and maybe you need to update your device because Some device needs to update and then it will work after your Updated.
It would be awesome if the prizes were updated/extended for the classic version. I maxed out that feature a long time ago, and there has been nothing new for years.
This is kinda unrelated but, I’d like to suggest a feature to “Move all furniture” from an outdoor room to a different room. I don’t like making outdoor rooms anymore because if I make a new indoor room on top of it by mistake everything gets returned to my inventory and I have to make it all over again. If I could “Move” the room like on classic I wouldn’t have to worry about constantly remaking outdoor rooms.
I second that and it will be cool if we can move rooms because I don’t want to buy anymore rooms because they cost alot of Kinzcash.
I love the items with water, but unfortunately, I’m unable to use any items with a water feature. After many trial and error tests, I finally figured out that those items were the cause of my screen becoming entirely pixeled on my Macintosh version of Webkinz Next. I’m unable to use my Lake Front property for this very reason also.
You may want to try lowering the graphics setting — click on the Options menu and turn that feature down. That will reduce the resources used by the game.
Hi Sally, thank you so much for your reply, and for your suggestion to lower the graphic setting. Unfortunately, even at the lowest setting the pixeled screen problem still persists. Thank you, though, it was worth a try! (It even happens to me when I visit a friend’s home with water features.)
Would love to see the Family Score prizes updated for Classic.
Could it be possible to have a kinzcash number when mining gems; mining more than one gem and you have to choose which one you want? It would just be nice to know which gem is worth more that day and possibly the rarity of the gem.

Neat prizes BUT, the igloo won,t go outdoors! That makes no sense to me since it has snow in the doorway. It is listed as one of the 12?/11 outdoor items for your pets to enjoy. What am I doing wrong????
You aren’t doing anything wrong. I tried putting the igloo outside too and it won’t work either.
