The team at Ganz has been busy working on a new Webkinz project that is now ready to play!
Like other recent large projects, this will first require Beta Testers to help us work out bugs, send regular feedback, and make improvements. The initial Beta Testers will be a small select group, but we will be expanding the number of testers over time.
Note: At this time, only players using Windows 10 will be able to join the Beta.
If you are interested in joining the Beta Tester group, please send an email to: ganzworldsupport@ganz.com. Please include your Webkinz login name in the email.
In your reply, please also tell us as much as you can about the computer you will be testing on, such as its CPU, amount of RAM, monitor size and video card. If you cannot provide all of this information—don’t worry—you will still be eligible.

If you are selected to participate, we will send you a follow up email with more information.
Participation will require agreeing to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for the length of the Beta Test.

I just tried sending you an email but I got Failure Notice message in response. It says “Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.” It doesn’t tell me how to fix it though. Please help! WebPets19Love
I got a failure notice also. But I checked everything and it was I, myself, that put an extra “w” in the email address :-( So, I corrected that and it went thru fine :-)
I copied and pasted the email address when I tried sending the email the first time. I typed it in again and sent it again. Hopefully the email will go through now. Fingers crossed.

The Desktop App doesn’t seem to be working for me….it says I have to download Adobe Flash when I already have it (and have recently updated it).

I would love to do this, as I was a software developer, but I use a MacBook now and have retired my Windows system. I hope there will be a Mac version also!

Hey, I adopted my 20th pet, a Arabian horse and didn’t get a gift box OR a super bed box.
Please help me!
Hi @Dr Quack Fan. I have a gray and a brown arabian in WW and I love them! As for the adoption gift box, did you fulfill their initial pet request? Now when we adopt pets, our pet first appears in Ms. Birdy’s adoption center. They will ask for us to fulfill a simple request – hungry, new outfit, etc. Once we fulfill that we are awarded their adoption gift box. I don’t know if it works that way on mobile or not. Regarding the Super Bed box, did you try logging out and then back in, and then checking the ‘star’ section of your dock? If none of that works, hopefully you will hear from Sally or one of the other WW staff. You can always contact customer support, but I read that they have a huge backlog. Best of luck!!

Is this another version of Webkinz that will be able to run after Flash is disabled or is this a completely different game? I’m not sure I’m interested if this is for creating a new, different game.
