what’s the secret to getting candy canes? I visit once a day and get nothing, why? Are there rules I don’t know about?

Your progress is still at 0 after 5 days? Does it bring up the collection window? That’s where the candy canes are collected — they don’t go in your dock.
the very first day i got one and not another since. yes the collection window comes up but nothing happens.
