Hi Sally webkinz since ya’ll blocked the flash and have went to this update of webkinz i am not able to play webkinz except the mobile can ya’ll put a code on mobile so the ones that can not get webkinz to work we can at least put in all these codes that we r getting from webkinz newz thanks in advance i hope this is able to be done

What kind of computer and operating system do you have?
i use a del inspiron laptop w intel pentium inside an use both of your apps. next ran just fine today but classic doesnt load last time the issue was fixed on your end after i complained but i lost a day an 56 unhappy pets
Ok, so Windows machine then. Try uninstalling and reinstalling.
when i got home tonight i tried again and the update bar ran all the way an the game loaded and my pets are all happy …thank you ! (i did not uninstall)
They didn’t block Flash, Adobe scrapped it. It was Adobe’s choice not GANZ’s and they have spent the last 5 years or so making sure that we would still be able to play our game without interruption or just the complete loss of it.

Please check your order history for your pet code. Your super deluxe item would be added to your account as soon as the Deluxe membership kicks in. If your existing membership hasn’t expired yet, you’ll have to wait until the new one is applied.
