To celebrate this special milestone—starting TODAY—we’re giving away daily time capsules from our previous Year 10 anniversary!
Log in each day to your Webkinz account on web, mobile, or the desktop app starting TODAY, Wednesday, April 15th until Thursday, April 23rd to receive time capsules commemorating years 1 – 9.
Then from Friday, April 24th until Tuesday, April 28th, log in to get NEW time capsules commemorating years 10 and onward!
Of course, don’t forget to also log in on Wednesday, April 29th for our 15th Webkinz Day anniversary! You’ll get a Webkinz Day Gift filled with fantastic prizes! Stay tuned to Webkinz Newz for a sneak peek at what’s inside!
If you miss out on one of the Firework Wall Panels, or if you just want more for some of your other rooms, you’ll be able to find the Fireworks Wall Panel Pack, (containing all 5 wall panels) at the Ganz eStore, starting on April 30th!
*FUNCTIONALITY NOTE: When using the desktop app to collect log in gifts for multiple accounts, you must completely close the app each time before logging back in in order to receive the prize on your other accounts.

I logged on yesterday (4/21) but I never got my time capsule :(
If you are logging in from the Desktop App, make sure you quit the app each time before changing accounts.
I wasn’t using the app it was in my browser
Have you checked your dock? Even if you don’t see the announcement, it should be added to your account

Buddies are not sendable/tradeable
If they ever make them sendable I would be happy to send you mine. I am not a fan of them at all. Please make them sendable via kinzpost.
This is a bit off topic but, why can’t I invite people to my house? It says that they are in the right zone and everything but the invite button won’t work. The only way I have been able to get people to my house is with party packs, and I don’t have the money for that. Please fix this problem
@AylaC, the “Invite” button has been broken for a long time now, I can’t help you with that (though I would also like it fixed!) but you should be able to get up to 2000 KinzCash with the “Free Prizes” button in the “Things to Do” section (If you don’t have an ad blocker on.) That should be enough to buy a party pack, but parties been pretty glitchy lately so it might not work :) Anyway, hope I helped! :)
Are we going to be able to buy missed time capsules at the estore? We’ve been playing since 2007 and really want to complete this mission – but couldn’t play on day one.
I still have an unopened set of capsules from our year 10 anniversary :) It’ll be nice to get those added capsules for my collection and the really nice gifts
I didn’t receive my time capsule for Friday 17th 2020 I logged in at 6:30 Am and again at 2:45 PM and the capsule is not their
Are you logging in through a browser or the desktop app? If you’re on one, try the other. Try clearing your cache, restarting your browser, quit/relaunch the desktop app and restart your computer. Be sure to check your dock under special items. If none of those things help, contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com
Are the time capsules going to be offered individually in the e-store? That way we could make up ones we missed. Thank you! – And if you would kindly offer the bed for the titanic too at e-store that would be fantastic.
I never received day 2! I was logged in but it never appeared. Did anyone else have this glitch? I have day 1 and 3 and they both came smoothly.
I have logged in all three days and only got the capsule for day 2. It is the same computer as my grandmothers account and she gets the capsules. When she logs in there is a smaller screen that tells her what she gets. I don’t get the smaller screen. I have logged in on all the days and clicked on all the kiwi floaties. But not capsules.
If you’re using Webkinz Desktop, make sure you quit entirely before changing accounts. If you’re logging in from the browser and not clearing all of your announcements, you may not have seen it. You will still receive the item if you log in on the day. Please check your dock.
I still haven’t received it :( I know I was logged on that day. I now have day 1,3, and 4. I know I had checked my announcements and message center because I was expecting it. But I never received day 2.
OH NO!! I missed signing in for day two by only SIX minutes! If anyone is willing to trade day two’s gifts, I have several extra pieces of the 10th Anniversary collection to trade. Just contact me here! =D
