Genelle, please help! I have several accounts and I cannot request valentine’s from any friends. I click on the Valentine’s icon and the prizes come up but it doesn’t show me how many more I need to get the prize and then if I try to X out the entire prize showing icon is frozen and I have to go to another page in order to get it off my room. I have tried different rooms and pets and am still having a problem. it’s day 3 now and myself and family are missing out. can you please look into this and fix the problem. Thanks
Try clearing your cache, making sure you’re updated to the latest Adobe Flash, and then open Webkinz.com in the Chrome browser to play on.
I am having a problem with this collection. when I click on the icon the prizes show up but I cannot request from friends in any of my accounts. Is this happening to anyone else?
The only thing that I don’t like about this event is that February is a short month! ACK! I’d really like to finish this one more than once……Love it all! ;-)
For the past two days every time I click on the floating heart I get a campaign expired error message. What’s up with that?
you need to wait for 24 hours until you collect again… thay may be the problem
