Wow! We had over 750 entries in our Companion Pet design contest! We invited you to design pets who would make as good a companion to an existing pet as the new Tiger Lily Kitten is to the fan-designed Tiger Lily Pup!
We had a hard time narrowing down the list but after much discussion we are pleased to announce the following 10 finalists.
While the Creative Team will have the final decision on which of these finalists will go on to be made into a virtual Webkinz pet that will be available at Ganz eStore later this year, we need your input to help us decide!

They are all so great. I love them all. The Pekingese stood out to me.
My favorite is the white cosmic wolf. Also love the ice raccoon, sweet spring calf and air fawn. I like them all and congratulate the finalists on their great ideas, but since we are being asked to choose just one, I have to go with the wolf.
My favorite is the white cosmic wolf. I’m going to be nitpicky here, but the northern trails caracal doesn’t make sense to me. The caracal is native to Africa and Asia. All the other northern trails pets are native to North America. They may not be exclusive to North America, but they are found there naturally. A northern trails cougar, now that makes sense to me.

I absolutely loved the Sweet Spring Calf when I saw it in the Share Center. It got a 10 rating from me and I think it would make a great virtual pet!
Oh my gosh, I love ALL of these!! The Daisy Cow is super cute, the Northern Trails Caracal is really well-done, the White Cosmic Wolf is majestic, the Ice Raccoon is stunning, the Zen Pekingese is so sweet, the Air Fawn is a perfect companion to the others, the Sweet Spring Calf is adorable, the Monarch Butterfly is beautiful, and I love the idea of the Carousel Giraffe! However, if I absolutely had to pick just one, I’d have to go with the Sleepytime Goat. I love the color and the sleepy eyes, and my Dreamy Sheep would love a sleepover buddy!
