Yesterday I was getting Miss Birdy gifts in my dock but they didin’t show in the clubroom. Today it is fixed. Thank you Ganz.

I had trouble one day. Try clearing your cache or restarting your computer. That usually helps me. Merry CHRISTmas
What is the “BOUNCY TOY” any guesses ??? I was thinking of a park the bouncy horse you can ride on there ! ! Maybe a BABY bouncy seat or ZUM bouncy seat or a jack in the box maybe a toy that when toughed it bounces . They had TEETH that when touched they chattered !! I missed them :( I could use a pair in my dentist room ;)
Webkinz Customer service support is the best – thought I had a problem with the countdown to Christmas and they took care of it quickly and reassured me that all was ok – thanks to them!
awesome! I love the snowman slippers and the robe! GANZ, we have problem! its happened like three times or more ill try to play the intelligence class at the kinzville academy, an while its loading, a pop up will, well, pop up, an say something like “something is making your script run slowly, do you want to abort this script?” I press yes and it freezes up!!! please help!!!
I play Chrome WHEN it freezes me out IF I login again right away ;) and go to THAT JOB 1ST IT LETS BE GET CREDIT for the <3 HEART CARE !! STILL it was awesome and helps a lot so watch if it happens to you on Chrome ;)
Hi, LOPPSD–you might need to update your flash player, then clear your cache and log back in. It happens to me sometimes, too.
I am really upset…I TRIED numerous times to get into the room & every time it froze or birdie wasn’t there. UGH!!! I have about had it with webkinz…all this since those video ads started!!!
Ask your mom to try at night or early in the morning you can get in easier :) Good Luck !!
Hi, doublediznee–if you get into the room and don’t see Ms. Birdy, try waiting for a minute…she usually shows up after I enter the room.
Ugh, those video ads! They’re one of the reasons I now use Mozilla Firefox and an Ad Blocker!
If your parent has a parent account then they can log onto that and block video adds.
I love the Christmas events! I haven’t been able to get on a lot lately but since I’m on Christmas break I should be able to get on more now! :) ~*JaneOfAllTrades*~

Is there something inside the gift box, or Is it just for decoration?
It’s a ” bouncy gift ” inside !!! It’s hidden last year was a ROCKING REINDEER so I hope its nice for our rooms something DIFFERENT than a trampoline or toadstool or bouncy trampoline ball that we use for care already . I can use all if those for care. I hope mext year for a POOL that is SMALLER just 2 spaces that will make rooms look nicer . OK I will be hinest I want care items like sinks , stoves , pool treadmills and trampoline to MATCH the room themes . But a PRETTY PINK pool just doesn’t matck a SPOOKY room and the wooded poo is broke ;( right . Good luck there is always time they need suggestions for the future right ;)!!
