Use the THINGS TO DO menu to access the Clubhouse, then click on the SantaKinz room tag to visit Ms. Birdy.

While you’re visiting Ms. Birdy, don’t forget to tell SantaKinz what you would like for Christmas! You have until midnight, December 24th (EST), to choose your gift! When you log in to your Webkinz Classic account on Christmas Day, you’ll get your gift, then don’t forget to pick up your final prize from Ms. Birdy at the Clubhouse!

Thankfully I read a here post before I got the pretzel wreath – IT IS FOOD AND NOT A WREATH FOR YOUR WALL.

Same. I was planning on putting it up but thankfully I read this first.
I thought it was a wall wreath, too! Luckily I saw that it was food (no green “box” on the floor when I tried to move it). This is why I do NOT like to get “food” as a prize! I really wish no Wheels had food items on them, except for the food wheel that we see sometimes. Getting food as a “prize” is such a waste and a disappointment, in my humble opinion. :-(
The Club House will not load for me. There is no way I can collect the daily prizes : (
Did you try entering with a different pet? My Zodiac Crab sometimes won’t enter the clubhouse!

HELP! I tried to hang the new Pretzel Wreath in my room and it DISAPPEARED. It is not on the wall, it is not in my dock. I left the room and returned, no Wreath. I logged off and back on, NO WREATH!
Apparently, I ate it. It should be called a Wreath Pretzel, NOT a Pretzel Wreath. POOR GRAMMAR.
I agree – poorly chosen name. And disappointing, because it was cute and would have been a terrific presentable. My pet ate mine, though I should have realized that the green placement square wasn’t showing up, and it was a bad idea to continue .

Hello! I had a question and I wasn’t sure where to post it. So recently I got the prizes from the second tier of the Sophies Rewards thing, but it’s only showing me the codes for the Icy Summit Dress and the Icy Summit Shoes, but not for the Icy Summit Crown or Icy Summit Suit. Is this some sort of glitch, and is there any way to get the other two codes? Thanks!
