This year’s collection of gifts is just amazing. I just can’t choose one favorite – I really like each and every one. There’s great new clothes and pretty new food items for my fridges. A new plushie AND a new Snowglobe AND a new gingerbread house to expand my collections. The cookie jar and stained glass window will look awesome in my Santakinz room. Thank you for all the marvelous presents!
Almost done with clothing rooms just for winter I found I only have 1 set of Snowman PJ’s and the Fairy green ones no other winter pj’s . I thought I had more and other designs . NONE of the OLDER ELF costumes WOW where has my mind been . Glad I decided to make a special place for these .
This is always my favorite holiday event in Webkinz World. Ms. Birdy, you have outdone yourself this year! I’m looking forward to every single one of the gifts. Thank you!

The Santakinz Cookie Jar is fantastic, and so many cool items to add to my holiday collections; Holiday Persephone (adorbs), Arcade Gingerbread House, Candy Cane Cookies, Snowman Snow Globe, Santakinz Stained Glass Window and all the adorable clothes. I especially love that the Festive Tree Toque looks like the new Gumdrop Tree (I think that’s what it’s called) in the estore. Was that planned, Ms Birdy? So, I really hate to be “that guy”, but Ms. Birdy just told me today is the first day of Christmas. Actually the “12 Days of Christmas” are not the 12 days before, but after! So the real 1st Day of Christmas is Christmas Day, starting the holiday. I know most people don’t celebrate this way anymore, but it’s really not true that today is the 1st day of Christmas, so if we could find another way to word this I think that would be better! I still am loving the giveaway, though!
LOL that’s true most modern people don’t celebrate the 12 days any more. My family does, though, and my Godparents always come to our house for Twelfth Night Tea.
Polish heratage here we since little did the 12 days befor Christmas . Each night 1 then 2 then 3 up to the 12 pieces of candy left in a stocking on our door. Made it easier to survive waiting for Christmas. But my Grandparents celebrated Little Christmas or Russian Christmas on Jan 5 . We would get 1 smaller gift. Usually something I think parents couldnt find befor Christmas. But it was nice sometimes a more meaning full present. Shoes or a journal or book . Christmas night when we went to bed we always found a present at the foot of our bed the next day. USUALLY paper TOWELS or TOILET PAPER ;) !! This was to remind the everyday value of things we use every day . I did get lined white paper once for school and a beautiful writing set . I did this too my kids as well they are today savers . But just remembering Little Christmas shows rememberance of history and we all came from someplace and to be thankful of this. The 12 days before Christmas keeps little kids from trouble and reminds them being good gets rewards just a simple piece of candy is all it takes . up to 12 . :) ;)
This is unrelated but an issue: There needs to be an “are you sure?” button when you pick the option to use an Any Pet Medallion like there is to trade 10 Specific Pet Medallions for an Any Pet Medallion. I just accidentally clicked on it, a total accident of my mouse, and LOST an Any Pet Medallion, which of course represents 10 I had saved and traded. There is no catch for it- if you accidentally click on it, you are out the Any Pet Medallion, which you had worked to save up for. Why is there a catch on the one and not the other? Anyways, it’s a done deal now, I’ve lost it. But I wanted to let you guys know so the same thing doesn’t happen to you. Be careful.
btw- I “lost” it because it applied to a random pet I already have and don’t want a duplicated of. So that one Medallion on that pet actually represents 10 I had saved and now LOST. (Just wanted to be clear on what happened)
I had 15 panda medallions and I traded them for the snowy puppy but I hit the trade any so I when’t from 15 to 6
Thank you for the info KarenaJ! I haven’t even tried to move or trade any of my Pet Medallions, cause I’m really not sure how to do it! I wish there were clearer instructions. I guess I’m just getting old. I need things explained a little clearer. LOL! Sorry about losing your medallions. Wouldn’t it be fun if we could trade medallions with each other? :-) Merry Christmas! :-)
Merry Christmas to you & yes, it would great if we could swap with other players that way everyone could get Medallions for the pets they want :) And it’s not just you- it is a little confusing and it took me a while before I even attempted to use the converter. What I do is when I get 10 Medallions of a pet I don’t want (like the frog, panda, pig and so forth because I already have them) I trade for an Any Pet Medallion (the transaction window on the bottom with a blue background) The one on top with an orange background is to cash in an Any Pet Medallion and apply it to a specific pet’s total. That’s where I lost my Any Pet Medallion because it doesn’t ask you if you are sure you want to swap. I also realize today I’ve been back on Webkinz for one year exactly!
