Oooooo…ahhhhhh… I have to try this! How do you get the 2nd pan of brownies out of the pan to layer on top? It looks and sounds phenomenal! I could possibly even make candy flowers, and then the whole yummy thing would be edible! Nothing says welcome Spring like brownies and ice cream!

Candy flowers are a great idea! By the way, you take the brownies out of the pans that you cooked them in plus you lift out the frozen ice cream and layer everything (I suggest a large cutting board) outside of the pans. Then you cut out the treats. You can then place them in another container and store them in the freezer until it’s time to serve them. Enjoy!

Beckinz8, I wonder if you spray the pan real good with cooking spray and then flip the brownie pan over on a big cookie sheet? or maybe you freeze the brownies n the pan so they come out easier? hmm….it’s a mystery! we better ask a cake genius this one ;)
