Wow! You know that golden vase I mentioned the other day, and how we thought about raffling it off? Well, that is not going to fly apparently. Fluffington came nosing around today asking about the cupcake decorating contest and wondering whether there were any leftovers or rejects that needed disposing of, and saying that he would love to offer his opinion on any cupcake recipes if anyone wanted him to test theirs. Sheesh! Be a little more obvious, would you, Fluffy?
He’s been going around asking everybody about their designs for their cupcakes. We’ve all been working really hard on our designs and nobody wants to show Fluffington before the big day, but man – is he persistent! He kept dropping hints about his favorite flavors (lemon cake and chocolate icing) and his favorite designs – he said whatever happened he hoped he didn’t see any teacup designs. That would NOT win any prizes in his book. Uh, whatever, dude!
Then he asked what we thought of the Golden Vase that he had donated for the winning Cupcake Decoration. And we said we really liked it and that we were using it for the raffle and that we were giving a baking trophy for the cupcake contest.
Then he was all, like, “Oh no, no, no! That is a very valuable vase! I insist that it go to the winner of the cupcake decorating contest!”
Cool, huh? I thought it was a pretty nice vase, but I didn’t realize it was so valuable. Wow! I would really like to get my hands on that. Of course, my cupcake is going to win the contest so I guess I don’t have to worry – that awesomely expensive vase is going to be all mine!
Go for it, Purr-Cilla! Maybe you will win!

WestStar5, that’s a great idea!! Fluffington might not be the best chioce (no offence…) and they’re real chefs, so they’d know all about judging! Good idea :D

I know who should judge the cupcake contest! :D Chef Gazpacho, his Mamma, and Sophia Soufflé! :D They’d be perfect judges!! They’re all really good cooks and know a thing or two about good food! They’d be great! Who else thinks these are good choices? :D

Fluffington is being rude. I think he is going to have Benny, (His nephew) enter and tell him what he likes, and then have him win.
Like that’ll ever happen Purr-cilla! I am not a cat person and so I kind of think hers is the worst. No offense to cat people just saying.

I think people (and Kitties!) like Purr-Cilla are halarious. She and Sparky and Cowabelle and Molly are my faves. I kinda sorta don’t like Salley.

Okay, just first, stop stop stop. Fluffington! This is not your fair! You cannot be the boss of everything. Second, Purr-Cilla, you don’t know that. For example, have you seen Alex’s cupcake? It’s awesome!
FLUFFINGTON! Please don’t keep dropping so many hints, it’s not fair to the people running the fair if you’re busy telling them what prize to do for what. And Purr-cilla, don’t sound so smug. I, myself do like your cupcake, but there’s a lot of other FANTASTIC cupcakes in the competition. Can’t wait for the fair!

Hey, hey, HEY! Don’t be so rude to Fluffinton! He is just REALLY excited about the cupcake contest. And I can’t blame him, I mean judging a cupcake contest? How fun is that!? Loads of fun! :D And its an important job, you have to pic the very best! And Purr-Cilla: You can always count on her to brag about her self (not in a mean way!!!) I happen to like Purr-Cilla. I think shes a good cat on the inside.

Probably on the interview…:roll: Remember when his great-aunt kept talking about the teacups when it was originally supposed to be his art? Purr-cilla, stop being so snappy and greedy! If you win, you win, if you lose then oh well! Always next time? right? I think, of the ones I have seen and remember, Sparky’s Sheep Cupcake is best. I mean, it looks, so-so professional right? :D And it sounds pretty awesome to eat. :)
i think what they should do is have all the cupcakes in a room, not labeled, and have the judges pick their favorite without knowing who made what. that way there cant be any bias. :D
