Curio Shop Theme Showcase: Egyptian Theme!

Arte’s Curio Shop has some amazing things, including many themes that are only stocked on his shelves! His stock changes every hour, so you’ll have to check back often to see what he has to offer! Items marked with the “Arte’s Favorites” logo are exclusive to the Curio Shop!

The Egyptian theme was one of our first rare room themes in Webkinz World. Unfortunately, it has been retired from the Curio Shop, so they only way to find it is by trading for it in our Clubhouse Trading Room!

However, you can still find the 3 newer items from the Egyptian theme in the Ganz eStore: the Egyptian Room Divider, The Golden Hippo Toybox, and the Kitti of the Nile!

Put all of the pieces of this theme together and you’ll have an ancient room that will make you pharaoh-ly proud!

Deluxe Members also have access to a second set of items updated hourly, so they have TWICE the chance of finding amazing items! Learn more about Deluxe Membership here.

Have YOU been collected any of the items from this ancient retired theme? Let us know in the comments below!

I LOVE this theme so much! I have a number of the pieces but not all of them. I would LOVE to be able to get the pieces I am missing! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE put this theme in the WShop, for KINZCASH, so I can get the pieces I need! There are about 8 or 9 items I still really need! PLEASE…Bring this theme OUT of retirement! Why can’t Webkinz just make more of these virtual items? Webkinz! Can’t you see how many of us LOVE this theme? PLEASE bring it back! PLEASE!!! pleasepleasepleasepleaseplease!!! ;-)

I agree! I looked for items in this theme since I started playing and learned about them. I am still missing quite a few; I would LOVE another chance at these; the trading room is not something that really works out for me, and this theme is so desirable that if someone had something to trade they would want the world for it. REBOOT? PLEASE?

Actually, I have an extra Golden Hippo Fridge… and it won’t let me trade it in the trading room. At least not the regular one. I don’t know why. I would love to be able to trade it for something in this theme I don’t have, but maybe this theme isn’t trade-able?

oh how I wish this theme would be released again. A slight change to the original to make it a replica. However it would be done I know it would be in huge demand.

I didn’t even know half of these items existed! Wow!

Somehow I missed this theme altogether!!

I only have a few of these items as they were retired before I wrapped my head around themes being retired or I just plain didn’t have the KinzKash for them.

I am so sad! I have only the bed and lamp left to buy and now I’ll never be able to complete this room. Why do you retire items? There should be a thrift store with retired items open to all players

    • Tommythepanda says:

Hmm… A thrift store with all the items that players sell back to the W-Shop and items from old, former accounts that expire. That way, “no” item would ever be “deleted” (except perhaps something like a Room Design Trophy). Although, I imagine it would take quite a bit of coding for each item in “KinzThrift” to only have a certain, always fluctuating, number available. It would be neat to see this (and shop there) if it does come to be. Maybe PJ Collie has a sister that could run it? I agree that everything in KinzThrift should be available for all players.

    The vanity chair is beautiful!

I didn’t really know much about which things were rare items when I first played as a kid so the items I have from this theme are mainly from challenges and trading, but I’ve managed to put together a pretty good Egyptian room! This is such a beautiful but simple theme

I have quite a few of these, but not all. They are certainly rare!
