Customer Service is Experiencing a Backlog

 

2020 is a crazy year for everyone – including Ganz eStore Customer Service!

 

 

 

It’s been an exciting year for Webkinz. We launched the Desktop App to make sure our players could keep enjoying Webkinz in 2021 and beyond. We launched a whole new version of our game, and we even brought back Webkinz plushies! We’ve also seen a big increase in our player base. A lot of new and returning players have discovered just how much fun it is to play in Webkinz World when we’re all stuck at home.

 

 

 

Unfortunately, due to the worldwide pandemic, our Customer Service team is currently working remotely. So, on top of the fact that we are experiencing a higher than usual volume of queries, we’re also working under different conditions than we’re all accustomed to.

 

 

 

As we head into the holidays, Customer Service is dealing with a large backlog of queries from our players. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for patience and understanding as we try to solve your issues as quickly as possible.

 

 

 

Please bear with us. Making sure that Webkinz works smoothly for all our players is our highest priority.

    I was wondering after Flash Player is removed, how do people access Webkinz news and the Ganz estore?

      The normal way :) they aren’t Flash-based sites. There might be a few broken images on eStore occasionally, but we’re in the process of replacing them.

    i tried to get points when the 50 % was on and could not and still can not, it is hard to have patience when i want to buy buy buy lol

    I’ve had the Webkinz desktop app downloaded since it first came out, but the past few days I’ve had problems playing. I can log in, but I just get a blue screen with the top hotbar (mail, cellphone, etc). No matter how long I wait, it doesn’t load. I’m unable to click on anything except for the mail, inbox, and cellphone. When I do that, the left hotbar with challenges pops up, but when I exit out of the mail, inbox, or cellphone, the top hotbar disappears and I’m left with the challenges on the left side. I’ve tried redownloading the desktop app, but I still get the same problem. I’m a little worried because I know playing on a browser won’t be an option after New Years. Sorry for the long comment, but thank you to whoever can help me <3

      I have also been using the desktop app since it came out, and I’ve been having this same issue happen to me quite a bit lately too. Also when visiting the park or the clubhouse, the video ad for the park or the watch and win room will never play and freezes the entire game. All I can do is force exit the game then clear my flash player cache & history. About 50% of the time I can get back into Webkinz after that, but other times I have to wait until the next day & the only way I can keep playing after that is to play in a browser. I don’t know what we’ll do after Jan 1 when the browser will no longer be an option. Until then, I am sadly missing gifts from the Elf in the park. I’ve even tried deleting the app and downloading it again, but I still have the same trouble. I really hope the Webkinz team can fix it this week!

    I dislike the new plushies. Please bring back the traditional ones and not these weird ones. Also, please bring back the talk to your pet feature and mypage

    Webkinz, I feel that what I am about to say needs to be said here for the protection of all webkinz players in a much faster fashion. I have contacted you weeks ago about the inappropriate ads popping up. Well, they have gotten quite worse, and I fear for children playing webkinz that they will be exposed to them. Please fix this.

    Can Sally Webkinz or somebody else please answer my question? I been trying for a while to get ahold of someone at customer service by phone. What will be the other quickest way that I can get in contact with customer service. I have been charged for membership that was already cancelled

    Patience really paid off for me recently when Customer Service got back to me with a thorough and professional response. I’m very thankful that you are still here with us – I know a lot of us have taken comfort in our pets and the greater Webkinz community in these tough times.
