Thanks I love Christmas trees…..BUT what is going on with Webkinz today? I can not get into the stadium, tournament arena, kinzville park or my phone either. I can not finish my checkers challenge! Anybody else having issues today?

The tree is beautiful! Thanks, Ganz team. As a side note, I hope next month that the deluxe day prize will be automatically added to deluxe accounts when logging in so that the users who can only access Webkinz with the mobile app still can get their deluxe prize.
Unfortunately, it has not been updated to function that way. Log in gifts cannot currently be restricted to Deluxe members and the Today’s Activities page is not available on mobile.

If you purchased a Deluxe Membership, your bonus pet would be in your order history
This made me realize I have a flutter cow code from 2018 I haven’t used that came with a year of membership, so thank you for that lol. But yes you go to your order history, type: membership, and click on the right of that where it says details. You should see the pet’s code there.
