It has happened to me not getting prize. I will try doing the 6th doggy to ‘Campaign Expired’ maybe this will help. I hope they get to fix this too like all the other things .
its happening to me too! i’ve been searching for the sixth dog for almost an hour now, it told me the campaign expired twice :(

I play eeryday starting on first day and I am not getting any prizes?? added?WHY?
the same thing is happening to me!! it sucks because im playing everyday and the prizes are really cool but i cant get them!

i so want a jolly holly bed and some big bow dining chairs and the festival feast dining table

As long as you found and clicked on the Shepard 5x, you should be getting a prize each time. Try emailing webkinz customer service if a prize doesn’t appear in your dock. You may have to log out and back in again and search for it where your other items are.
I missed half the month of October Peek-A-Newz prizes. I’m not sure if this actually makes a difference, but to make sure I click him 5x, & then click around till I see him again, click the dog for a sixth time so it brings you to the page that says ‘Campaign Expired’. I find that now I get the prizes every time with that. I’m curious if this actually makes a difference or not. I hope it does help you :) & <3!

Like I said, idk if clicking on the doggie a sixth time makes it work, but I have not missed a prize since I started doing that. And to make sure, I (obsessively lol) categorize & alphabetize the list up there into what will come up in my dock first in each section. I also put all of my prizes in one room so when I see an item from the list in my dock I know for sure that I got it that day. Oh Bubblilious1 you are exactly correct! I’ve been so busy, because I have five accounts. I think I got in over my head!! But each pet is so different and special, I wouldn’t trade any of them. I just can’t get everything done fast enough! :) But I love my pets and they are so happy to see me and I them. They do keep me busy!! Getting mail from of my friends actually gives me a brake. Gotta go now, everyone hang in there and work hard and have a good time!

try 10 your just a rookie but I help family and its all of us together ;) Play important stull trades Candy canes send requests then come back a 2d time and ask for candy canes for each account one after the other just after midnight . Rest we help well 3 of us work to help the rest at around 5 am . Some days its just me You cant get it all just I do the important stuff. Being organized helps. Lots of work but we help make things bright for the kids . I think we are friends on 1 of the accounts . I hate it when I CANT BE HOME TO SEND REQUESTS. I asked if we could get a turn off request button . January I have to go out of town and I so hate to not send items people need and if family cant to it well that stinks. Going to Virginia on bus from small town in NY I could be there a month if things go bad. cant drive and no cell phone I feel like I am in the old buggy days. But we all manage and what is to be just will. But get organises plan what to do 1st like Wish factory send canes . Come back later ask for canes then do club house movie , victrian room then Ms birdys, THEN I add all codes TO UNLOCK THEM . You will be fine relax take your time pet care will get done last it only takes a few minuted or if in a pets room just feed them something, if it makes you feel better , Its ok pets will be fine its a busy season .
