The first half of the NEW Stripes Theme is now available in the WShop! We asked Hailey and Elwin to offer some tips on how to design a room using these items:
The Striped Kitchen:
Hailey: “That is a clean looking kitchen! I love that it has been built in a medium size room. The Pastel Green Striped Wallpaper (available in the WShop) is not officially part of the Stripes theme but works perfectly with these new items!”
Elwin: “The Mega Modern Flooring also works well with this theme. The blue horizontal stripes compliment the furniture nicely. I just love the red, orange and blue stripes featured on each piece of furniture. The colors are wonderful!”

hi shalta321, I’m deluxe too and I’m on Webkinz up to 12 times a day- I’m addicted too. I am down to 3000 (from 5000) items in my dock after making more themed rooms. I have 128 rooms now for 60+ adopted pets (100+ unadopted pets. I love challenges! (I’ve done all mine). Anyone who needs help can add me as a friend. I can also send deluxe only items if you let me know what you need. I’ve got plenty of kinzcash! (1.6 million)

I’m starting to really love webkinz again so i’ve started to try going on every weekend. Many of my friends i made when i started (about 7 years ago) and they never go on anymore so i’m trying to clean out my friends list so i can add a ton more friends that actually go on.
I do love the stripes theme, as for this room not so much…………………………………. There are lots of different styles going on a blah its a total flock, is it vintage, country modern ahh I am in a time warp! :)
I, personally don’t like the stripes theme very much. The colors on the stripes theme are very bright in this while the wallpaper and flooring are far too dull. Kind of old fashioned if you ask me. Not to be a critic, but hey, everyone has an opinion. :D
Same, i would like brighter colors on some things. It just doesnt really match right with the duller ones

If the floor was different it would make a beautiful old fashioned room. Think I’ll try it, especially if it’s on a floaty clicky event.
It amazes me how many people are willing to send Deluxe items to non Deluxe members for free. I hope everyone remembers to pass this very big favor on, not just here in WW but in real life too. Love from my little corner of the world. jennifer

Some people are very nice, like my friend moonshine I believe, and then others when you try to trade estore points for priceless collectables, you get nothing in return. Ive tried probably 4 times, one of them was on my friends list… they still didnt give anything to me

If I was Deluxe, I’d send my friends deluxe items all the time. Same thing if i had a ton of estore points except it would be estore items instead.

This looks so cute! I love it! I was going to do this exact room design for my house, but unfortunately some of the items are deluxe only. :( I really would like for you to stop making some room items deluxe. It’s not fair to the rest of us. ~*stardreamz*~
Don’t forget that Deluxe items from the WShop can be traded and sent through KinzPost. Try finding a friend on Webkinz with a Deluxe account and ask them to send you the items you need to finish your room or try your luck in the trading room.

Then just find a deluxe member that is more than willing to send you items everyday!
Love that kids can do this. I have them ask me right in the trade room. I can easily open the Wshop mid trade and buy what they want. Its a beautiful thing..:)

It’s true, those of us who are not deluxe can trade with deluxe members for items; but it’s hard to offer something that a deluxe member doesn’t already have. . . it’s really frustrating.
True. But i’ve found some deluxe members with items that are really cool but they don’t want at all anymore so they accept almost anything.

at least you have a non-free account. I have a lot of pets, but my account expired and i can’t buy any more:( (iv’e entered so many contests trying to win a pet) one of the worst things about free accounts is that you can’t send gifts
That’s why when i get a TON of webkinz on my birthday or some other occasion, i save them until my account is about to expire.
