For some reason the codes for the Academy Xylophone and the Superintendent Statue isn’t working. I tried entering them again and again, making sure that the codes were correct and nothing. I keep getting a message that the codes have already been used. I logged out and logged back in to see if it was a glitch, but still the same issue. Please help.
playing webkinz classic is fine but when playing clubhouse where you earn coins, looks like a video wants to play, have to log out and log in again also noticed no floating discs to click on for free pets. Any ideas?

Thanks everyone!! Wasn’t able to take part everyday. I’m an essential worker and did a lot of double shifts. Didn’t even have time to send out my usual Thanksgiving cards and presents to my friends.

Hi everyone at Webkinz! I was looking at buying a couple things with my 90% off coupons. I changed my mind after seeing the afterward price on the items so I then exited out of the W-Shop. I then looked at my doc and realized that I am missing 3 90% off coupons and I didn’t buy the item by accident since it is not in my doc. If you could do something to help me get them back that would be great because I am so sad that I lost them since I want to save them for when I want an expensive item. Thank you for your help!

I know! These Community Challenge events are certainly a ‘fan favorite’! It’s nice to have backup when players are in class or at work, and fun to be able to help out other players when I have the downtime. Especially seeing as I’m getting better at Home Before Dark!
