Only your account gets the weekly prizes. The other account (the new account that enters your code) gets nothing after that first 2,000 kinzcash. Just fyi. ;) I thought both accounts would get the helping paws prizes, but after trying it with a new account myself, only my main account got the prizes. Kind of disappointing for the other account.
I have a question, has anyone “won 500KC” on the WOW, and not received the 500KC? This has happened to me a couple of times before, over the past year, and again today. At first, I didn’t notice it, until I realized I didn’t hear the “clicking” of the numbers of my KinzCash changing as soon as I won the KC. I still had the same amount of KC after I apparently “won” the 500KC. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, did you call or email customer service? And did they add the 500KC to your account? Thanks for any help or advice! :-)
That’s too bad alucard. I don’t know if this is true on Wheel of Wow, but I do notice on Wheel of Wishes that the money is added while the wheel is still spinning, it’s like Webkinz knows as soon as you spin what you are going to win and it is already updated by the time the wheel stops and you can see your Kinzcash. Is it possible this happened for you, or do you know exactly how much Kinzcash you had and it didn’t increase it? I would probably email customer service and see what they can do. Good luck!
alucard – sorry you’re having trouble, but like jingles4 said – watch your cash counter as soon as you hit spin. I just did it on my accounts and it starts racking up the money as soon as it starts spinning. Hope this is what is happening on your account and if not, I’d contact customer service too. Good luck.

I keep completing Crafty Canaries and never getting my trophy. Is there any way someone can help me so I can get it?
You should probably contact Customer Support. Since the trophy can only be won once and it’s not tradeable/Kinzpostable, they should be able to check this easily and award you your trophy.
