You won’t see a notification, but you’ll find the gift box waiting for you in your Dock the next time you log in to Webkinz.com!

UPDATE: Unfortunately there were a few accounts that did not receive their Christmas Gift Boxes from SantaKinz. We are looking into this issue and apologize to anyone that did not receive their gift. I didn’t get my Christmas package, when I signed in on Christmas Day. I was supposed to get the Tabby one. Did anyone else not get theirs? How do I get my package? Appreciate the help. eevee4155
Did everyone receive their gift boxes? I got mine on all but one account (which was my Asian account). I logged on several times that day and it said I got it, but it is not there. :(
another bug 12/25/2014. I didn’t get my Christmas gift box’ this is wrong on soooooo many levels.
Help! I logged on this morning and it showed that I got my gift box. I didn’t have time to open it. Now that I have logged on later in the day, it does not show in my dock. Has anyone else had this same issue? Can I get my gift box back?
