I am utterly, completely and absolutely frustrated. I love Amazing World and have two different accounts there. Davids1lilpixie and PixiesAway. However, while I can log into Ganz Rewards and chose cute items to send to Davids1lilpixie account and even though BOTH accounts were linked, the proof being that I have two of the Amazing World trees in my Webkinz account, Davids1lilpixie, I cannot even put PixiesAway account name in the Ganz Reward box so that I might send some of the Amazing World reward items to this account. I have submitted two different tickets at two different times, explaining the problem, and after too many months to count, I STILL cannot put in the second account, PixiesAway so that I can send cute things like the tutu and the pink jean skirt. I am at my wits end, can someone PLEASE help or simply just tell me once and for all that I will never, ever be able to send things to my second Amazing World Account, PixiesAway? :-( Thanks for listening.
Right now, it seems that once a GanzWorld account becomes associated with an Amazing World or Webkinz World account, there’s no way to “unstick” it. For certain things, you can simply play without logging in (like the Peek-A-Newz challenge, for example), but others won’t let you without logging in. The only thing I can suggest at the moment is creating a second GanzWorld account to use with your second Amazing World account.
Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU so very much! Your suggestion to create a second Ganz Rewards account was just the trick needed and I was able to link my 2nd Amazing World Account and sent off a cute green jean skirt! ^o^ So happy! :-)

well thats odd because i did and i did NOT get it! i think it may be because it was on the app i linked my accounts but i have no idea why! someone please answer me. i just don’t know what happened!

When I tried to get an Amazing World account, it went to Log In and I’m New, and for I’m New it lets me pick one and name and clothe it and play, but there’s no journal or way to link to Webkinz. Mom tried to go to Log In too, but we don’t know what to do to link Webkinz with Free Amazing World. It doesn’t work like it says and we tried in in Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google. Please help.
