The first half of our Family Score update features improvements to the user interface. Now when you earn Family Score, you’ll see the amount of Family Score you’ve just earned appear and float towards the Family Score icon. Previously, Family Score earned only updated the total, so it was difficult to see how much was earned and when.
Family Score prizes used to be awarded as soon as you earned them. Now, Family Score prizes work more like Season prizes — the Family Score icon changes when you’ve earned a prize, and you can open it to claim the prize.
It wasn’t very clear what earned Family Score — now we describe all of the activities that award Family Score. Family Score is now awarded when you purchase a property, as well.
The next stage of our Family Score update will add more prizes! We previously sneak peeked an upcoming prize, and we have another one to share now: the Cherry Blossom Tree Swing!
New prizes will be added after our next site update. Players that have already earned the new Family Score levels will be able to redeem the prizes immediately.

Hi. I was just wondering if other players are missing items, my magical chariot, which I always leave in my room so I can use it every day is gone. I have checked my whole dock and my whole house and it is not there. I also have noticed that my animals go from being 100 percent to 50 percent. I just got my animal to 100 then it flipped to a new day and instead of my animal going to 75 percent it went right down to 50 percent. I find that it is hard enough to keep my animals done when they go to 75 let alone when they go to 50. please let me know if anyone else is missing their magical chariot or any other items.
If you log in at the same time each day, it should only drop by 25. If it’s been more than 24 hours since your last login, it thinks it’s been 2 days. Message support to find your Chariot.

The Cherry Blossom tree looks amazing!!! I can’t wait to earn up for it in the future! I had one question though. When it comes to filling a pet care heart, is there a limit on how many times you can earn the family points bonus per day? I tried filling the hearts of my pets, but once I go beyond my tenth pet, I am never awarded the 20 family point bonus. The pop-up would show up saying +20 points for every pet whose heart I filled beyond my tenth one, but the number of points I was supposed to earn was never added to my total amount.
