Hi Fiona! Do you know if the furniture pieces we can win from the arcade are going to change anytime soon? I’m tired of winning the same pieces day after day. I probably have over 100 Floral Bean Bag chairs and have no idea what to do with them. I would like to see the other half of the floral theme or maybe pieces from the Forest Tile theme that were available in this year’s peek-a-newz. Thanks! ~Strawberryred

Here’s a random question :) Is the prize for Dunk the Zingoz always KC 30? My throws are always nice :) so why does the game give me four throws when all I ever need is one? – Zooooooz
I always get it on the first throw, too, Zooooooz! But I suppose if you missed, it would be nice to get another chance. There is indeed a trophy… whoever dunks Wacky at the right time wins it!

Thanks for the question, Bubblilicious1! The system picks the winner randomly at midnight. My favorite questions are the ones where I have to go track down the Creative Director for the answer — obscure trivia about the beginning on Webkinz World. We get a lot of the same questions over and over again (good idea to check the archives to see if it’s been covered!). It’s just li’l ol’ me sortin’ the mail. I try to do my best!

I have never EVER gotten a trophy in Dunk The Zingoz in all these years.
Dear Fiona, I have a few of the Webkinz that do not have Magic W’s on them. I was wondering which Webkinz were made first, the ones without Magic W’s or the Cheeky Dog and Cheeky Cat? Also, I was wondering which Webkinz were made with Magic W’s? I only have a pig, cow, and polar bear. I’m sure there are other ones.
“Without magic w’s” not “with magic w’s.” I was wondering how many Webkinz were made without them.
My hippo (my first webkinz) has no W. That means they are First Edition– supposedly rare! I’d love to learn more about them myself, though.
Hi Fiona, I have a few questions. Can you send in the same room design or same pet dressed up in an outfit to Michael or Mandy a second time? Are certain room designs and outfits more likely to be featured during certain times of the year. For example, a room with snow is more likely to get featured during winter or a Halloween costume is more likely to get featured in October. When items or clothes are new and just released are rooms and outfits that use them likely to get featured? For example, a room that uses the Painted Glass theme items or a pet dressed up in the navy graduation gown will likely be featured.
How do you win furniture in the arcade? I think I might have at one point but I can’t recall for some reason.
If you play a game well enough, you have a chance to win a pet medallion, a Kinzcash coin, or items from the Simply Floral theme – most likely the blue flower rug, side table and bean bag chair.

Hi Fiona. You seem to have a lot to do. Do you ever have time off to dress up or put a flower in your hair, er, feathers? Do you always just wear your uniform and carry the same bag? I can understand the uniform for work, but will we ever see you dressed up for a fun time?

why don’t my tv’s work?
TVs have been broken in rooms for a while now. However, they work in one of the Clubhouse’s new rooms!
I would love the new prizes on the wheel of wow if I won something other than $20. sigh
