Hi Fiona! Do you know if the furniture pieces we can win from the arcade are going to change anytime soon? I’m tired of winning the same pieces day after day. I probably have over 100 Floral Bean Bag chairs and have no idea what to do with them. Here’s a random question :) Is the prize for Dunk the Zingoz always KC 30? My throws are always nice :) so why does the game give me four throws when all I ever need is one? – Zooooooz
I always get it on the first throw, too, Zooooooz! But I suppose if you missed, it would be nice to get another chance. There is indeed a trophy… whoever dunks Wacky at the right time wins it!

Thanks for the question, Bubblilicious1! The system picks the winner randomly at midnight. My favorite questions are the ones where I have to go track down the Creative Director for the answer — obscure trivia about the beginning on Webkinz World. We get a lot of the same questions over and over again (good idea to check the archives to see if it’s been covered!). It’s just li’l ol’ me sortin’ the mail. I try to do my best!

In all of the years I have played Webkinz I have only won 2 Dunk the Zingoz trophies (But they are the pride of my collection) The really cool thing about it is that you also win 500 KC when you win the trophy. It is not a dead center target, either. It is a random kind of off to the side with the right amount of thrust on the dial.
Thank you for the info. I kept trying to hit dead center. I will play around and hopefully get it someday.

One more: is there something that makes sure pet requests are achievable? Sometimes I get one for activities I cannot do, like a job before eight hours has passed (and I’ve already done the extra one if deluxe)
That one drives me crazy. Sometimes I play all day and get the pet request 4 and 5 times after I have done the job and the extra deluxe one.
Agreed! I’m just thinking, “Why didn’t you ask me 5 minutes ago?” Lol

Wow Fiona I did not realize you alone sort the the fan mail. You do a wonderful job.
One more very important question. This time last year, my dad bought my sister and I Deluxe memberships. We only received one set of berry codes, and one pet code, not two. We did not bundle the purchase, that option no longer exists. This year, we just purchased two more deluxe memberships, and received an email containing a second black panther cub code, but no codes for winged/fairy raccoons. Not sure what to do, and my father is convinced that all is well and that the panther is this year’s pet.
contact the estore explain your problem they will fix it, quickly, they are awesome! good luck
