Dear Fiona: What rooms are “The Runway Room” and “The Restaurant” in the KinzChat+ Clubhouse? My pet is always asking to go there. I don’t see them listed. – weeniesmom
Thanks for the question, weeniesmom! Those are Clubhouse rooms that used to appear in the Clubhouse. The Runway Room let you show off your pets outfits and the Restaurant was somewhere you could go to pretend that you’re in a Restaurant, just like the School room. With any luck, you might see some of those rooms soon.

Right now, the only way to earn eStore points would be to get them as Helping Paws rewards. Otherwise, you have to purchase eStore points from Ganz eStore.

Hi Fiona! A long time ago I adopted a Cherry Blossom Bird but never got the “Friend of the Fowl” badge. Why is this? Thanks!
Oh my goodness I had the same issue! I have 3 accounts and on one of them I had a Lil’ Cardinal and no badge and on another I had a Lil’ Canary and no badge. I entered up adopting another bird on each of them and it gave me the badge. So, who knows why I didn’t get it the first time?
I have like, 90 pets and don’t have any of the badges for the number of pets you have leading up to 90!
Why do the pets get hungry so easily? The pet specific foods used to fill them up fast, now the pet special foods are not so special. My bunny Thumper ate five watermelons and six pumpkins all at once. Farm fresh foods don’t fill the pets up like they used to either. :(
I have noticed that too. The food meters have been different ever since webkinz X.
You can get eStore points from Helping Paws as a reward? How many do you get? I’d love to know more about Helping Paws; I’m interested in how it works.
Hi plentyofpenguins22 – I have one helping paws account – it is an account I made 2 years ago and linked it with my main account. Thursday mornings are when I get my HP giftbox. If I log into the HP account every day, my main account gets a 500 kc coin. If I adopt a pet on my HP account, my main account gets 1000 Estore points and a large gift box from the HP room theme. The prize is random, I wish we could pick the prize. I think if you adopt 5 pets all at once on your HP account you get a couple of different size boxes plus the Estore points, but I never have that many pet to adopt at the same time. It’s really not the best way to get points, because you have to spend more points just to get the 1000 in return. It’s easier and probably cheaper in the long run to wait until the Estore has 50% off points sales. Hope that helps – alphacat
Where do you find out about Helping Paws? Where is the info located? How do you open an Account?
Hi Ellen1970 – you will first need to find the HP code on the account you wish to receive the prizes. Log-in to that account on Webkinz.com or the desktop app – I had trouble finding it on mobile. Look in the upper right hand corner of the screen for the question mark icon. Click on that, then select the Helping Paws option. You will see a six letter code. You can only use it on brand new accounts. When you start a new account, you should get a prompt to enter this code. That’s it :-) For more info, you can go to the top of this Webkinz Newz page and select Newz Blog from the purple menu bar. Then click on Recent Newz. There is a white blank Search in the top left corner. Type in Helping Paws and that will bring up several old articles and a video. Best Wishes!

Dear Fiona: I have loved all of the contests that have come out recently–designing themes, room items, pets, etc. It’s always thrilling to see players’ ideas turned into real things! My sister and I are big fans of dispensers, and just for fun, we started designing a few of our own. I think we came up with some really great ideas, and so I can imagine what fantastic ideas other players must have! Do you think it would be possible to have a few dispenser design contests in the future? (Design a new dispenser, design a candy tree, design a patio plant, etc.) I think it would be really fun to enter some of our ideas, and to see what other players have come up with!
I love the Neo Gothic items also I like the Egyptian collection. I would like to buy the items in game or on ganz estore
You can find almost all of the Neo-Gothic items in the Curio Shop. They are rare items. There are a few exceptions, like the exclusive item, the Neo-Gothic toilet, but almost all of them can be found in the Curio Shop, so keep your eyes open. The Egyptian collection used to be in the Curio Shop, but they retired a long time ago, so keep your eyes open for challenges, because you never know when one may pop up. :)
Hey, Fiona, i do have a question. I’ve had a lot of trouble with my internet lately, and every time it drops, of course I have to log back into my account. This has caused me to notice an interesting thing: when a pet is one of the new wall niche seats (like the St Patrick’s painting or the Haunted Hotel mirror) and play is interrupted and I have to come back to the game, that pet has been kicked not just out of the wall but out of the room entirely, and is always in the doorway trying to get back in. I was wondering what in the programming causes this to happen? Is it a glitch, or is it just part of how the logistics for those items work? I hope you can help solve the Case of the Mysterious Escape Mirror.
I’m not Fiona, but I have a theory, if I may. Until recently, our pets have not been able to do anything within the walls–only walk on the floors. Because your pet was on a wall tile when you logged out, the system was confused, because pets can’t go on wall tiles–except for one, the doorway. I think when you log out and then back in, the system places your pet in the only wall-tile space that makes sense to it, i.e. the doorway. However, it is also possible that your pet is just an amazing magician and should be applauded for its fine work! ;)
I’ve also had a problem with the Pet Medallion wall poster thing where your pet sits in the poster.. when I click on the item and my pet sits in it, they get stuck and I can’t get them out. I think I got my pet out of there by going on the mobile app and clicking out of the poster..? But I don’t know how long she would’ve stayed in there otherwise.
I have issues with the picture from St. Patrick’s Day, and learned that you can jump to another room to get them unstuck.
That’s been happening for years. If I forget to put my pet to bed before logging off, when I log back on it’s usually standing in a doorway. Very rarely are they in the same location as where I left them.
Hi Fiona! Do you think there will ever be a way for us to see our sent mail? Sometimes I’m sending out thank-you letters or holiday notes and I can’t remember who I’ve sent them to–I don’t want to leave anyone out!
I agree, Sparky1109! I would love to be able to see who I’ve sent letters and packages too. It would be so helpful, especially during the various holidays, when sending gift to friends. I really hope that Ganz/Team Webkinz will listen to this suggestion! :-)
It would be nice if they could make that happen. I sometimes what I have sent to friends and it would be nice to go back and see what I sent. I like to send items I do not want to others and also forget what I have sent sometimes.
