Dear Fiona: What rooms are “The Runway Room” and “The Restaurant” in the KinzChat+ Clubhouse? My pet is always asking to go there. I don’t see them listed. – weeniesmom
Thanks for the question, weeniesmom! Those are Clubhouse rooms that used to appear in the Clubhouse. The Runway Room let you show off your pets outfits and the Restaurant was somewhere you could go to pretend that you’re in a Restaurant, just like the School room. With any luck, you might see some of those rooms soon.

Right now, the only way to earn eStore points would be to get them as Helping Paws rewards. Otherwise, you have to purchase eStore points from Ganz eStore.

Hi Fiona! Ok webkinz day I logged into my account but it didn’t give me any of the prizes everyone else got. My siblings had logged in a few minutes before me and they all got them so I was really confused why it didn’t let me. Is there any way I would still be able to get them?
Dear Fiona, I understand why Mazin Hamsters had to go, but would it ever be possible for it to come back into Webkinz world in the future? I really miss building fun mazes/ enjoying every ones mazes and exploring the cool worlds to find coins. Thanks!
Are there plans to add more features from the desktop/browser version to the mobile app? My favorite arcade games aren’t yet in the app (the pizzeria is my all time favorite, I would buy another animal just to play that game) And it seems like there are dozens of features not yet in the game. Will you keep adding consistent updates? This would be great, especially while we’re all locked in our homes. One other question– Will there be more plush animals available in the future? I’d love to buy another physical webkinz, but it seems everyone is sold out and even old ones without tags cost around 100 bucks on ebay. Maybe there could be a poll for the next 3 released in limited supply? Anyway, I want this game to continue to exist, would prefer to spend money in the ways previously mentioned above, if possible.

Dear Fiona, I didn’t know you could get eStore points as Helping Paws rewards. Is there any page on Webkinz Newz that will tell me all the possible prizes I can get from Helping Paws (eg clothes, furniture, and other stuff in the small/medium/large prize boxes, KC denominations)? Also, is there anywhere I can find specific numbers on how much my helpers have to play for me to get certain tiers of rewards? (Is it determined by the number of hours logged in on average? Logged in total?)
I stopped playing Wishing Well 2 and gave up on Dr. Quacks tonic. The well drains all food points & Dr. Q doesn’t work. Don’t go shopping on a full tummy either. So sad, I spend way too much time feeding my pets than enjoying the games I love. Please Ganz help our pets stay full longer. Thank You
Agreed, pets get hungry too quickly. Probably adding 50% to how long it takes for that to empty would help a lot. The balance is off currently.

Dear Fiona, what is going on with badges. Just today I won a Victory Badge – I have a screen shot of it – and when I checked my badges, I didn’t get it. This is happening a lot lately. Very disappointing for those of us trying to earn badges. There are several I have earned, but haven’t received. Can you please help me?
