Dear Fiona: What rooms are “The Runway Room” and “The Restaurant” in the KinzChat+ Clubhouse? My pet is always asking to go there. I don’t see them listed. – weeniesmom
Thanks for the question, weeniesmom! Those are Clubhouse rooms that used to appear in the Clubhouse. The Runway Room let you show off your pets outfits and the Restaurant was somewhere you could go to pretend that you’re in a Restaurant, just like the School room. With any luck, you might see some of those rooms soon.

Right now, the only way to earn eStore points would be to get them as Helping Paws rewards. Otherwise, you have to purchase eStore points from Ganz eStore.

Hi Webkinz friends, I was wondering if someone could help me. Two of my Sunny Kitchen prizes went missing from my room and a few days later I noticed they were in my Kinzville Map dock. I sent an email to Webkinz support but they haven’t gotten back. Has anyone else seen this glitch before and know how to fix it? I can re-earn one of the items in my flower collection, but the Sunny Kitchen Pantry was a once-only prize from a challenge so I’d really love to get it back! Thanks :)

It’s been happening to me for weeks, fairly certain the May update broke it.
Dear Fiona, I recently became a deluxe member and finally have some estore points to spend. But, for some reason, I can only find my estore points at the W-Shop, and my estore account says that I have 0 estore points. Do I have to do something special to transfer points from my estore account from the W-Shop? I know my current accounts are synced because I bought my deluxe membership on my estore account.
What is extra credit day at the academy?
Extra credit day at the academy is when each class you complete gives you credit for completing two of that class. For instance, if you have 10 classes left on a level, and you successfully complete that class on an extra credit day, you would only have 8 classes left instead of 9.
Dear Fiona: I started playing Webkinz again around the end of April, so I wasn’t able to collect enough Kiwi medallions to get a Kiwi pet. I haven’t gotten any Kiwi medallions from arcade games or floating medallions so far, so were the Kiwi medallions only available in April or have I just not found any yet? I’d love to get a Kiwi pet someday since I already have half of the medallions I need!

Hi, Fiona, Sometimes, in My Pets, my pets will dance, sit, walk, roll over, jump, or do a flip. I don’t know how or why! How do they do it and why?
Are you a Deluxe member? That might have something to do with it.

My pets do it on my free account too, so I don’t think it has to do with me being a Deluxe member.
Pet actions are earned by reaching a certain level (level 5 I think) at the Kinzville Academy. They can be randomly selected by Webkinz, or you can use a tab on your dock (it’s on the far right side) to view your available actions and choose which ones for your pet to perform.
I know that. Next time you log into your account, go to My Pets and click. While your clicking draw a line somewhere over your pet. Wait and see! I just learned that.
Dear Fiona, can we still collect rewards from the newz, i have a bunch of points now but can i make more?
I am still collecting rewards points from Webkinz Newz. I get points when I click on different articles or navigate to different parts of the site. The prizes you can buy with Moneyz haven’t been updated for a while though. I wish there were new things to buy.
Me too, maybe we could ask for a new gallery in the share center for rewards item ideas! And who knows? Maybe our ideas will become reality!
In March of 2018, they announced the reward program was going to be shut down/closed. I have still been collecting moneyz and rewards since then. Don’t know what is going to happen with it or when.
